We miss Ralph but we do like the serivce area.

We miss Ralph but we do like the serivce area. It is second to none. Glad they elevated Mike Fields into service manager when they did. Seneca Bradley is someone I have gotten to know over the years and know he is terrific when I take in our cars.

I would give 0 stars if I could.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Sold me an unsafe used 2015 BMW. Faulty fuel injectors, engine misfire and missing parts. Would not negotiate with me when I got the car home, specified strict Tennessee's lemon laws. Run the other way. No way that car should have been sold. I am partially culpable for having a mobile used car inspection service and not a BMW specialist. But I question the ethics or competency of selling a car in that condition. Looking at least $4K to make car drivable.

The salesman was awesome but the service dept sucks had

The salesman was awesome but the service dept sucks had motor problems The day after I purchased the car, they said they fixed it. They lied they did not and they would not take it back and I had only had it a couple of weeks so I’m stuck with a lemon. Would not recommend them

Sales person was nice, but the inventory was scarce.

Sales person was nice, but the inventory was scarce. The most negative impression I had was the cars they were offering to sell we’re all dirty and in need of repairs. I would think a large dealership like this would take more pride in what they offer prospective customers.

Crooks selling garbage cars!

Bought a used nissan quest for family vacations. We noticed some noise in the front during test drive. Said the would fix it. Asked for a alignment we were told the machine was broke to bring it back. That was a lie turns out tgey new the front end was messed up but would have to fix it in order to do the alignment. Bsck and forth for months took it to another dealer for diagnosis. They found the problems which are numerous and serious. Called gary matthews they ran there with a tow truck to pick it up kept it for 2 days said nothing was wrong only loose spare🤣. Drove it another month got worse took it to another dealer who also areed its not safe. Broken strut leaking loose axle bad bushings. Not to mention the belt was squealing from the start and it was frayed meaning they. Never even looked at it. So here we are $1800 at our own expense to keep my family safe. The dont care that your military...trust me its fake. Crooks!

Very friendly staff!

Very friendly staff and good service. Nice waiting area for service and you are always greeted when you first walk in. They always have snacks out and fresh popcorn and cold waters!

Best Dealership for 9 Purchases and Service.

I have purchased 9 vehicles over time with Mathews Nissan. The best service department that I have used. They give all kind of coupons and they do great work. The Dealership will go the extra mile. In all the experiences I have only had two problems, within a few phone calls the problems were resolved.

I had come to the point I had to get a vehicle. I looked around and couldn't find a dealership I felt good about. I met with Shawn Sprague at Matthews Nissan in Vestal NY. This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I could have hoped for. Shawn and Matthews Nissan ACTUALLY DID RIGHT BY ME. In all honesty I AM VERY HAPPY after doing business with them. After speaking with sketchy dealerships, I was RELIEVED TO FIND Matthews Nissan. Shawn Sprague, my salesperson, went the extra mile. THANK YOU

Don’t buy here!!! They are adding $3000 to MSRP ri

Lookout for these crooks… they are adding $3000 to MSRP because “ dealers are doing an addendum due to a shortage of vehicles”. I went to Dickson / Victory Nissan and got the same truck for $3000 less. This should be reported to the post commander ! Thieves!!
