This was my first experience purchasing from this dealership, and I must say it was exceptional from beginning to end. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the sales representative, Jose. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to my needs and responsive to all of my questions. His approach made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Buying this particular vehicle was a long-time goal of mine, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to now have it in my driveway. The car’s condition exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the care and transparency demonstrated throughout the process. Found truck online and connected with Jose. He and everyone were very friendly, and I appreciate Jose?s no-pressure approach. Initial numbers were much higher than advertised, but once pointed out we got to a good deal. Paperwork was no-fuss, but then again I brought my own financing.

Bought my 2020 Ram Eco Diesel for repair.
Bought my 2020 Ram Eco Diesel for repair. The Service person seemed nice; however, after finding out how much the charge would be to repair my vehicle, I could have choked, 249.00 per hr for Labor. My Local Dealer, where I live, was $80.00 less. Then what should have been about .2.5 hrs of labor, I was charged 3.5 hrs plus a miscellaneous charge of $150.00. I would never recommend taking the vehicle for repair there, I will not be back again. I would rather pay a toll bill than give them my money.

Unapologetically dishonest and completely derelict in
Unapologetically dishonest and completely derelict in their service. I hate to leave negative reviews but I would not under any circumstances bring my vehicle to be serviced here again. After charging me for more service than my vehicle was worth they still did not repair the issue, they refused to answer a text or call for months and eventually agreed to relook at it - resulting in an estimate for another $5k (!) to fix the problem I already paid _thousands_ for. After one more attempt to request they make things right, they nice-bombed me and said they would pay to tow my vehicle to another mechanic of my choosing bc I do not trust them. All the evidence needed to validate this is in a diagnostic report with codes ran etc - which wouldn't you know they are the only mechanic I've ever come across that doesn't keep that type of thing. It's unfortunate an organization like this can be so unethical in it's dealings with folks. I've bought vehicles there and thought I could trust the service but unfortunately, they'd rather screw folks out of their hard-earned dollars than treat them with common courtesy or hold themselves to any level of a moral standard and reputation of service.

This Review is a distortion and misrepresentation of what occurred. We stand by our technical diagnostic and service repair work performed and business ethics
Let's have you post the report of the codes that ran each time the vehicle was in your care then, please. Not to even mention the items added to my estimate like spark plugs, which were not needed. I was informed about that after questioning the lead mechanic. I've spoke with former employees who have provided details on the service upsell incentive, you can go ahead and post those details here as well. The reality is you did not render anywhere close to acceptable service. You incorrectly diagnosed and addressed a (perceived) symptom, hoping the problem would go away, and when the problem persisted you did everything but make it right. I know that my business means nothing to you and you're too big to fail. I have no recourse, no threats that would mean anything to you, no leg to stand on, especially with you unwilling to provide the evidence. What a shameful and morally hollow way to conduct business.
