Great customer service, i been there for oil change ,

Great customer service, i been there for oil change , multipoint inspection, and a repair of a tire sensor, without any appointment my car was recived. Catrina has been efficient and very kindly 5 starts for her and the crew.The service has been quick and effective. Thanks Ford crew.

My experience purchasing a 2023 Navigator started off

My experience purchasing a 2023 Navigator started off really well. I felt like I got a competitive price, and the dealer offered the convenience of delivering the vehicle to my hometown, which made the buying process incredibly smooth. However, the post-purchase experience quickly turned into a headache. Despite multiple assurances from the dealer that the Navigator was completely blemish-free and there were "no excuses to be made for this vehicle", I found a noticeable scratch on it upon delivery. I was asked to get an estimate to repair it, which I did from multiple places to get a fair price for the dealer, but then they ghosted me and never responded. It's incredibly frustrating when promises aren't kept, especially when you're left hanging after doing what they asked. If there was no intent to resolve, the dealer should have had the courage to tell me straight up, rather than waste my time. I would strongly encourage other buyers to think twice if considering a purchase "sight unseen". It's a shame, because had this situation been handled better I would've had nothing but great things to say.

It and out fast.

It and out fast. Spoke with Jordan on a Friday made plans to drive and look at it Saturday. I drove 4 hours from Missouri for the Jeep gladiator. In and out in 2½ hours. Everyone seemed very friendly and they were busy as well

We had a transmission breakdown on I65 just south of

We had a transmission breakdown on I65 just south of Franklin,TN and took our F150 to Ford of Franklin. We were towing a 16ft utility trailer from Florida back to Wisconsin. Service Manager Neal was great, he managed to diagnose the transmission problem and park our truck and trailer in a very tight dealership lot. He knew that we had a bad Transmission Lead Frame. Luckily the replacement part was in stock and Neal was able to schedule service for the next day. We hit the road the next afternoon just before rush hour. We couldn't believe our luck finding such a great Service Manager in Neal and were very thankful that Neal and everyone at Ford of Franklin took such great care of us.
