Dropped off vehicle for diagnostic testing and rented a

Dropped off vehicle for diagnostic testing and rented a vehicle from Enterprise for several days and no diagnostic was ran. I got a call from the service advisor to pick up the vehicle because they didn’t find anything wrong and I wouldn’t be charged. The car was shaking during ideling when I bought it in and continued when I picked it up. I went to another Ford dealership for a 2nd diagnostic test and received a loaner while the problem was diagnosed to find out I had a transmission issue. That sounds like something to me.

I enjoyed working with Stephen. He is a great salesman and he’s very helpful at the dealership and outside the dealership. He help me get insurance for my car. He goes beyond to try to help the customer in my opinion. I enjoyed working with him and I enjoyed working with Ford of Franklin.
