I love Toyota of Murfreesboro! Matt Breaux was an awesome salesman. I bought a 2015 GMC. They inspect their vehicles bumper to bumper. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Matt and has always gotten us a great deal. He is always kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Replace Starter Battery - 2016 Toyota RAV-4 Hybrid

Notified Service Dept that I was having my RAV-4 towed in and it probably needed a new 12 volt starter battery. Service advisor met me at the door when I got there and had me review the problem with a service technician. They confirmed the battery problem, replaced the battery and I was on my way promptly.

Wheels rotated

Have always had a great experience until last visit. Car was done and parked outside for 20-30 minutes while the lady helping me was not at her station. When she did come back ahe was helping check other cars in. I asked her about my car she said very rudely that it?s ready but she was very backed up checking other cars in.

Regular Maintenance

I was attended right away and with great respect. Very professional: I was explained in detail about the service that was to be performed on my truck. And within 45 minutes of my arrival, I was on my way. This was a very delightful experience, from start to finish ???

I purchased my car September 8, 2023. I received a Carfax brochure stating that my front and rear brake pads was replaced on September 1, 2023 it was not true. On December 28 I responded to Matthew Breaur he is the salesman who sold me my 2016 Infiniti QX 60. I explained to Matthew that I had took my car to Walmart and budget brakes. They could not remove the lug nuts on my car. January 20 2024 I took my car back to Toyota in Murfreesboro and I talk with the sales rep Matthew Alexander he said that he will charge me $12.98 per lug $160 for service. I feel that I should not have to pay for anything since they did the service before I bought the car.

Flexible and quality service

I had to take my vehicle in to get the second key fob programmed to my vehicle. While I was there, I asked them to look at disabling a few electronic notifications that were annoying me on my new truck. Even though that was not in the scope of the original work, they did it for me without issue at all. Their flexibility in helping address those items while I was there, was very much appreciated and why I would recommend someone trying them out for their service needs. It was so much better than my previous experiences with the surrounding GMC service departments for my previous truck.
