Nikki worked things very professionally.

Nikki worked things very professionally. I had it towed in and dropped off the day before. Grandkids drained battery.

this is a terrible dealership.

this is a terrible dealership. This dealership sold a car to my mother who had dementia. They will not make the situation right. They sold her every warranty that you could possibly sell. She was clearly not well when she bought the car and they sold it to her anyway.

They offer a $20 discount online but then Patricia Blank

They offer a $20 discount online but then Patricia Blank charged me extra made up charges that were not on my original receipt. I just won't go back because they are not being honest.
