Made an appointment to have an oil change, total vehicle check and maintenance, as well as my AC checked as it wasn?t blowing as hard after driving it... for a while. I made the appointment by phone and gave all my information. Then when I get there to drop off my car at 10:10 on Saturday I had to give all the same info again like it was never entered into the computer. Then I left the car. I received a call at 2pm that the oil change was done, however they didn?t have enough time to check the AC. That was the main reason I went to bed he dealership instead of the local auto shop by my house. I also specifically told them I needed my rear wiper blade changed and it wasn?t. I have taken my car to other dealers when I previously lived in Michigan and had nothing but great experiences. I will never be taking my car back again. It took all day and 2 of the main things I asked to have done didn?t get done. And it cost me 150$ for and oils change, tire rotation, and the front 2 wipers. They never even told me how my fluid levels, break levels or filter levels were so I don?t know if they even checked them.

They replaced my engine under extended warranty and for that I am grateful plus it took them a week to do it which is rather quick. They also provided... a rental once they got approval from Hyundai. Since I got back the car I noticed that one of my break lights stop working and it looked tampered with and my horn doesn?t anymore.

My experience is always pleasant at Downtown Hyundai! When I moved to Nashville, I was uncertain about finding a dealership. Not only are they very close... to where I live (I used to go 30 minutes - now it's about 8-10,) the services is friendly and obliging.

my husband purchased a vehicle from them in june. we were told they charged the highest amount of registering the vehicle and then would refund us the... difference. He has contacted his saled rep multiple times asking about the difference since july when we got his tags. he is constantly met with excuses or told she would check into it but then never follows up. its been almost 3 months! this is ridiculous! not only that military isnt suppose to pay sales tax yet they charged us and now we have to deal with county to get the money back. we will NEVER come back to them for business.
Mario, at the time of purchase there was nothing said about taxes. Unfortunately after the fact you need to handle it. Sorry that you never said anyth...ing upfront about everything. The difference in plate fees was reimburse to you as expected. Have a wonderful day!!!!
