Had a service appointment on 07/31/25 to bring 2021 Camry

Had a service appointment on 07/31/25 to bring 2021 Camry in for Airbag recall. Eric Heflin was a great help as our Service Advisor. The service technician discovered we had a nail in our rear tire and repaired it so we were in great shape to head home. We appreciate the prompt service and the courteous staff in Beaman Toyota Service Center. The waiting room is very comfortable, modern, and provides water, coffee, and other amenities to customers. Eric kept us informed regarding our car’s progress and let us know right away when our car was ready to drive home.

I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sant Fe from Beaman online (we

I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sant Fe from Beaman online (we are only located about 100 miles away). I was told that the vehicle had gone through a 152 point inspection and everything was found to be in working order. The vehicle still has the remaining bumper to bumper factory warranty and we were given a lifetime powertrain warranty. The vehicle was delivered to my home 3 days later. Within two days of delivery the entire air conditioning system in the car had failed. I called Maria to let her know of the situation and she said there was nothing that they could do to help us. She advised that we take the car to a local dealership and have diagnostics run and the issue fixed at our own expense. I had driven the car less than 50 miles. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Please be aware that once a vehicle leaves their lot, in my experience, they are very unlikely to help you if an issue arises even if it is within a very short time.

Most horrendous experience of my life!

Most horrendous experience of my life! My vehicle has set in their shop for months. Multiple failed diagnosis on the vehicle. When Work was completed, they created more issues with the vehicle. I was treated completely unfairly by the staff, including John the service manager, they would rather continually build GM for warranty work rather than fixing the actual issue. They released a vehicle to me multiple times that was not fixed correctly and immediately broken down and put my life in danger and put my life in danger.i had to take The vehicle to another dealership because they were incapable of fixing the problem by their own admission. I’ve been offered no compensation. I have fought road block at every turn with GM For a buyback because the dealership essentially committed fraud by back dating repair orders and not opening new Repair orders each time the vehicle came in in order to continue to build GM for warranty work. The your ship refused to advocate on my behalf to GM for timely incorrect fixing Of the vehicle, and this has Resulted in my need to obtain legal representation. I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances! This dealership lacked transparency, failed to communicate, timely and efficiently with me, and was overall a horrible experience working with them.

Update.

Update. BUYER BEWARE! I bought a 2022 ZR 2 Colorado from this dealer in January this year. We felt we got a fair price and the transaction went smoothly. We were told it was a GM certified used car giving us extensions to the Warranty and first three services free at any GM dealership. I serviced my truck at Champion Chevrolet in Kingsport last week. I ended up paying for it because they said that Beeman did not put my vehicle in the GM computer as certified. I called them three times last week, once I left a message in finance department, once I spoke to Sales, and they took my info and assured me someone would call back. The following day I called service they took my info and assured someone would call back. It has been a week now and I still have not received a call back. I do NOT recommend this dealer.

Service center made us wait 30 minutes past appointment time to check in, tried to upsell everything, then the final quote for the scheduled service was almost double the price agreed to on the schedule site. The service manager (or so he claimed) said that was the “normal” price and the website (scheduler) did not include oil! Who on earth would expect to book an oil change without oil????? So the listed $79 became $150. Bait and switch. Unethical behavior makes me deeply concerned about the business practices of the entire company. We are new to town, and will be sure to find someone else for services going forward.

After corresponding with a young sales rep for two days

After corresponding with a young sales rep for two days on a lunar Rock 4Runner trade in, getting an invoice financing on my end and driving 2.5 hours to see the vehicle to only Discover it wasn't for sale and was in service and did not have estimated time to be available this is poor customer service that a dealership has employees waste their time and money on vehicles that are not able to be purchased after getting financing

Bought a 2025 new Land Cruiser there recently. Sales person was awesome. Had tight time schedule and they agreed to a price quickly and got the car ready quickly and I picked it up. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in last 40 years. Rarely rate any business but thought excellence should be noted! Thank you

Maria was such a pleasure to work with.

Maria was such a pleasure to work with. She made me feel important and kept me inform of what was happening and she even took the time to call my husband that wasn't able to be there and got all the information she needed. And the young gentleman that did all the bank paperwork with me was extremely pleasant. I'm not from Tennessee but if I was I would highly recommend the dealership. I did let the 2 gentleman that was looking at a truck there know how great it was doing business there as I was leaving with my new truck.
