A Great Experience

We visited the dealership for the first time, and according to my wife, I was not dressed seriously enough to afford a Volvo. However, as a walk-end client, I was greeted well, and time was spent with us, and we road tested a car the same day. I told the salesman (Eric) that we were looking at another car, but we would get back with him. My wife is happy with her 2020 Volvo XC90!! Our salesman was Eric. He was great, and we highly recommend him!!!

A Great Experience

Unethical- broke agreement after giving word.

Agreed and then owner broke agreement. While enroute, salesman calls and said owner sold it to someone else. Convinced me no down payment was neeeded because they were a small family run business. Clearly no conscious and not to be trusted.

We purchase a new Volvo every 10 years.

It was time to replace our 10 year old Volvo xc70 wagon. It had served us well and we buy a new one every 10 years. Found the perfect 2020 V60 Cross Country. Bob was our salesman and we told him exactly what we were willing to pay and thats what we paid for it. No haggling back and forth etc. Thank you Bob and Volvo of Nashville for an easy car buying experience.

Great Experience with Sales and Service

We've had several great experiences at Volvo Nashville and plan to be long-time customers. The staff here are very helpful in the Services and Sales departments. We recently leased an SUV and Bob (our sales rep) was fantastic! He was highly knowledgeable about the inventory they had and about the features different trim levels offer. He truly has a customer-first attitude and we loved working with him. I've been taking my used Volvo sedan in for service for 2 years at this location and have had great experiences as well. I love the convenient location and the ease of getting in/out of the lot. The staff is helpful and trustworthy. Overall, 5 stars!

Purchased a Volvo online

I purchased a used XC60 online. I worked with Bob Reuter and he made it easy for me to purchase my car long distance. I received excellent service and it was well worth my time to drive to Nashville for my car. I will purchase my next Volvo from them.

Terrible salesman

Salesman was worst. Very rushed. Didn’t want to wait on us due to not having appt. couldn’t drive car we wanted due to lack of fuel!! Worst place.

Highly Recommend John Phillips at Volvo of Nashvil

Picked my new XC90 up yesterday at Volvo of Nashville. John Phillips is the most outstanding professional representative that went over and beyond in our first Volvo buying experience. He was patient answering my gazillion questions probably sensing how nervous I was about to drive home from Nashville (scary insane traffic). Walked me through the process never making me feel bad because I’m Sure I repeated the same question over and over. He introduced me to the service department where I met everyone. Each shook my hand and congratulated me. Thank you Mr. Tune. If you are thinking of purchasing a Volvo, go see John Phillips at Volvo of Nashville.

Car buyer

After my son wrecked my older Volvo, I started looking for an XC60. Found one at Volvo of Nashville. After emailing John, he sent pictures of vehicle (none had been posted online yet) and answered all my questions. Later my brother in law drove the car and looked it over. A few days later I flew up to pick up the XC60. John picked me up at the airport in my soon to be car and we drive to the dealership to sign the paper work. The whole process was less than 10 minutes. Great experience, great customer service. I will definitely start at Volvo of Nashville the next time I’m looking for a car.
