Salesman was worst. Very rushed. Didn’t want to wait on us due to not having appt. couldn’t drive car we wanted due to lack of fuel!! Worst place.

Picked my new XC90 up yesterday at Volvo of Nashville. John Phillips is the most outstanding professional representative that went over and beyond in our... first Volvo buying experience. He was patient answering my gazillion questions probably sensing how nervous I was about to drive home from Nashville (scary insane traffic). Walked me through the process never making me feel bad because I’m Sure I repeated the same question over and over. He introduced me to the service department where I met everyone. After my son wrecked my older Volvo, I started looking for an XC60. Found one at Volvo of Nashville. After emailing John, he sent pictures of vehicle (none... had been posted online yet) and answered all my questions. Later my brother in law drove the car and looked it over. A few days later I flew up to pick up the XC60. John picked me up at the airport in my soon to be car and we drive to the dealership to sign the paper work. The whole process was less than 10 minutes. Great experience, great customer service. I will definitely start at Volvo of Nashville the next time I’m looking for a car.

We had been looking for a specific used Nissan SUV, which was discontinued in 2015, for the past several months. Started doing a much broader search area... and found a listing in Nashville on Cars.com, which was a 6 hour drive away. Contacted the dealership and spoke with John Phillips about our interest in the vehicle. John emailed us additional photos and information about the vehicle promptly, that we had requested. We decided to buy, then discussed banking information and emailed copies of our documents to John. Appointment was made for the next day to test drive the SUV, and hopefully drive it home. As scheduled, the next day my wife and I drove 6 hours to Nashville, met John, test drove the SUV, signed the paperwork (which was already prepared) and departed on our long journey home with our newly acquired vehicle. GREAT automobile at a VERY REASONABLE price. The entire visit to the dealership took 1 hour, arrival to departure. Thanks John.
Went to purchase a 2017 xc60 r design and was not dissapointed in the excellent customer service I reiceved John was a pleasure to deal with. I eneded... up trading in my current vehicle and went home with an xc60. This is the third vehicle Ive purchased from Volvo of nashville and look forward to doing more buisness in the future.
I went and saw the owner's son, John Tune, and he helped me differentiate between what I thought I wanted and what I really needed and wanted. He was so... patient and kind and beyond that he was able to really explain everything about each car and the different packages. I went in thinking I still wanted a Range Rover, but it was clear the Volvo XC90 was a better, less costly and safer choice for my 4 kids.
We took our old 2005 Volvo to Volvo of Nashville for some much needed repair work. The work was done efficiently and the car now rides like it was new... again! Really a nice job. The service people - Tabetha and Frank - are friendly and professional. Great dealer service. Thanks!!
