I have been using Two Rivers Ford for almost 15yrs now. I bought two trucks from them. Tom Phillips is awesome. He works to get you what you want without any pressure. Go see the folks at Two Rivers Ford in Mt Juliet, TN. The whole staff are friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle. I recommend Tom Phillips as your salesperson. I have known Tom for many years.

My search for a 2024 Super Duty lead me to Two Rivers Ford. I made a request for information on one via Autotrader and Tom contacted me right away. He was always quick to respond to my questions. Tom was on top of everything from the paperwork to making sure the truck was picked up by the shipping company. I can't state enough how good of an experience this was. I recently had an unpleasant experience with a salesman

I recently had an unpleasant experience with a salesman by the name of Mike Sloan at a local car dealership. Despite expressing interest in a particular vehicle and engaging in polite conversation, Mr. Sloan became visibly upset and displayed a negative attitude when I informed him that I would not be making a purchase that day. His behavior left me feeling shocked and uncomfortable, and ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate that Mr. Sloan's actions tarnished what could have been a positive car-buying experience. In contrast, the dealership where I ultimately made my purchase provided excellent customer service and a stress-free environment. In conclusion, I cannot recommend working with Mike Sloan based on my personal experience. His lack of professionalism and inability to handle a potential customer not making a purchase on the spot left a negative impression on me. It is important for car dealerships and their salespeople to understand that building trust and providing a positive experience is crucial for building a long-term relationship with customers.
