Awesome Dealership!
Just had the best car buying experience ever at Two Rivers Ford! I was able to meet with the General Manager, Tommy Crockett who made sure all was in order. I worked with John Q who was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of the product. John went out of his way to accommodate my needs and my schedule. These guys go above and beyond! Thanks Tommy C and John Q!! Love the Mustang!

No hassel, no pressure!!!
We found the truck weve been looking for on their lot. Decided to ask a salesperson for a look inside vehicle, and about price.....Abe Khan presented us with his card,....on the card is a stamp that says NON COMMISSIONED SALES CONSULTANT????....Really???.... So....now the conversation turned to the price of the truck....he wrote the price on the back of his business card....and then invited us to check the truck out and drive it.... We liked the truck 2016 F450 King Ranch SuperDuty.....and started talking about trade in price....the manager appraised our 2015 Tahoe...gave us a offer on our trade.....Really???......NO HASSEL??...NO FORCED SIGNINGS OF A OFFER TO BUY SHEET.....NOTHING!!!!!!!!????? And I'm sure this isn't important to some people....but in the background the music that was playing over the speakers in the DEALERSHIP SHOWROOM?.....was CHRISTIAN Music???......WOW!!! What a statement that was from the owners and management..... Well,....lets summarize our dealer experience,......NO HASSEL,,,,UPFRONT PRICE ON VEHICLE.,,,,FAIR TRADE OFFER,,,,DID I MENTION NO HASSEL????? When your looking for a new car or truck and ....I'm not saying I was treated different because this was a $76 thousand dollar truck,...I don't like games,...and silly stuff like keeping my keys to my trade and having me sign crap papers just the see the price on their truck and what are they really offering on mine,...etc..etc....I just want HONEST UPFRONT NO PRESSURE OFFERS ON MY DEAL!!!!! That's what I received at Two Rivers Ford.....and everyone from the salesman (Abe Kahn) to the fianance guy treated us like we were the only customers they've had all year!!!...they were happy to see us and do business,....and being an out of state sale,....they had the paperwork correct and everything mailed quickly.....GREAT JOB!!!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson Gary McCray was great! He made us feel comfortable, and was just a great person to work with. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product he is selling. Gary is the best salesperson i have ever worked with!

Extremely Pleased
I purchased a 2013 F150 King Ranch and had to pleasure to work with Mr. Frank Snipes. I live about 110 miles East of this dealership. I'd been searching for this particular mode. They had two of these on the lot but was advised one had been sold. I couldn't just run down to check the other out so I had to rely on Mr. Snipes to be my eyes as I had certain requirements. He stayed in touch with me as often as I needed information. I drove to the dealer and discovered that the one vehicle I wanted had issues. I drove home disappointed not with him but with the truck. He called me the following day and told me that the truck I really wanted was now available as the initial purchasers deal did not consummate. He sent me a window sticker, answered all my questions, stayed in constant contact. I schedule another trip with my wife to check out the vehicle. Exactly what I wanted. I purchased the vehicle. I want to thank Mr. Snipes for his diligence and perseverance.

Bad experience with manager
Drove 60 miles to buy truck listed on internet. Sales person was friendly and helpful We could not reach a deal on truck after several attempts to come to terms. The problem arose when manager appeared behind me and said "Who is the one holding up this deal." This is not a good way to approach anyone who is trying to buy your product. It went down from there. He was condescending and arrogant. I understand we can't come to terms on things but not a good idea to make potential client feel inferior. It is how I was treated by him. Needless to say I did not by truck.

Amazing Experience
I just want to preface this by saying this is the 7th vehicle I have purchased and this is by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Mark Seifert personally helped me with ever aspect, and worked to get me in the car that I really wanted. When that was decided, I was able to sit in the lounge while everything was expertly handled, just pulled out shortly to sign the finance papers and my new vehicle was being final cleaned and brought around. All in all I was there for 2 hours and walked out to get in my brand new ecoboost premium mustang. I couldn't be happier about the service, and I will be a loyal customer there in the years to come!

Went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted
Two Rivers is the BEST Ford dealer. First off, the sales people do not work on commission, and to prove it, we left the lot MULTIPLE times without ever being pressured into buying. We were looking for a Ford Escape, but I never feel comfortable buying something the first time I see it. Brent and Jay were completely understanding and let us test drive it multiple times. Then we came in to trade in our current vehicle, they ended up offering ALMOST as much as was owed on it, which never happens. It was definitely a deal I couldn't refuse. Now my wife and I are in our dream car, thanks to Two Rivers.
