I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and

I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. On top of that, my payments and interest rates were lowered. I want to extend my gratitude to James Mathews and the supervisor at Honda of Cleveland for making my experience positive and for addressing my concerns effectively.

I've grown to like the looks of the New Honda Ridgeline.

I've grown to like the looks of the New Honda Ridgeline. So I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and met Shane. He was not pushy but let me take my time to really get to know the truck. We took a test drive: and I fell in love with with the Ridgeline. Went home, got my wife, and went back for her to have a drive. Shane led me through the entire purchase process. Everyone at Honda of Cleveland were liked we had known each other for ages. Thanks to Shane and the Entire Team for the Great Deal I made. Love my new truck amd recommend Shane, He's a very knowledgeable, likeable and honest salesman.

James Matthews with Honda of Cleveland is an outstanding

James Matthews with Honda of Cleveland is an outstanding sales consultant. He was knowledgeable of the 2025 Honda Pilot, and he was incredibly kind. Prior to arriving at the dealership, he responded promptly and answered my questions. At the dealership, he continued to answer all of my questions and listened to what we had to say. He helped us with pricing on three different trim levels and worked with us to purchase the 2025 Pilot Elite in Metallic Red. During negotiations, he worked with the "infamous" New Car Sales Manager, Lindsey Thomas. She was honest and kind. We are currently waiting on this new car to arrive, and I am very excited. If you are buying a new car, go to Honda Cleveland and request to work with James and Lindsey. With all the kindness in my heart, if you are shopping at Airport Honda - make the drive to Honda of Cleveland before you sign anything. It is a much smoother experience. I also believe it to be a more honest experience.

They still offer a used miata for sale.

They still offer a used miata for sale. I contacted them wanting the cash, out the door price. They said I had to talk to a manager. I said have the mgr contact me. They they said 'oh, the manager sold the car at auction, I just found out'. Yea, and the car is still being advertised as for sale. Liars. Sales person never gave me their name.

False advertising.

False advertising. No interested in cash buyers. Found a miata on the lot. Contacted them asking for a total cash price. Said I need to talk to a manager. I said, ok, have a manager contact me. Then responded saying the manager sold the car at auction and it wasn't available for sale. Yet, it's still advertised on their website. Have no idea who the sales person was because they texted me.
