Not the best service
I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt. I traveled over 3 hours to come look at a vehicle in high hopes to make a purchase. Prior to me coming to Johnson’s dealership Ruth was in contact with me regularly, not skipping a beat. The day of, I arrived to the dealership and was immediately greeted by Jason. I’m saying to myself, ok not bad. I explain to him why I was there and he said that the Audi truck that I was there for was currently being test drove(that was lie number 1). He then proceed to say that a guy was there right before me wants to buy the truck and he just had to come back with the money(lie number 2). The day prior to me buying the truck, the price has dropped by $600. Jason still sold me the truck at the original price, fast Talked me the whole time. I called back to get clarity and none of my calls were returned. I left my name and number on the managers voicemail and Ro no avail.I even got hung up on a few times. I was told that it was by mistake but they just didn’t want to deal with me knowing they was in the wrong. Yes used cars comes with the possibility of having wear and tear. This truck has engine problems and I feel like I e been dooped. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Great Service Department
I’ve owned dozens of new vehicles that have always been serviced by the dealerships. This is far by the best service center I’ve dealt with,probably because Service Advisor Craig Wright is amazing. He always has a smile on his face and makes you feel like part of the Honda family.
I just purchased my Honda Passport from Gary at Johnson City Honda. He was a wonderful salesman and very knowledgeable. I love the vehicle that I got! It’s been my dream car since I was in high school. Gary did everything he could to get me into that vehicle at the price I was looking for! Normally it takes forever when you purchase a new car, but this experience didn’t take long at all. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership, especially Gary Miller!
I'll never do business at Johnson City Honda ever
I purchased a used vehicle with cash. Within 5 days I began having an issue. No one at the dealership has any concern about my issue. Left 7 messages, got 1 call back. Which was during my work hours that I told them I would be unavailable. No one in that facility will assist you once they get your $

MIKE MILLER was our salesman. He produced a great deal the same day we visited the lot. I plan on going back for mu next vehicle.
We was looking at a used car and gave them all our info. Said they was working on made appt to come in on Friday. I missed half a day of work to go just to find out they new 2 days before meeting that we couldn't get that one. Wasted my time when we told them we couldn't afford anything else. I walked out and won't go back! Do not recommend!!
They don't know what they have.wasted time negotiating on a car they didn't have.
Let me start by saying I drove 4 hours from Ashland,Ky. Dealerships back home were pushy,ride, and didn't want to work with you negotiating prices or helping you get where you needed to be with a budget. The entire experience of finding my car and working out a deal for it And trading my car in was like a dream. The entire staff was upbeat, respectful and just great. It was such a pleasure working with them and I looked forward to meeting everyone when I picked up my car. Hands down best buying experience I have had.
Found vehicle on line, talked with Cayla and made a deal over the phone. Called dealership before leaving to make the three plus hour trip and was assured everything would be ready for me when I arrived, Upon my arrival I was told vehicle was out on an overnight drive and not available. Long story short drove over 6 hours for nothing. Very dishonest, incompetent and poorly trained staff.
Can't wait for my Maintenance Package to expire!!
I bought my wife's Dodge Van from this dealership about a year ago and it included a maintenance package. I have been coming back for the required oil changes and now look forward to the maintenance agreement on my OTHER car to expire so I can start bringing it to JC Honda!!! The service has been great...friendly and quick. They don't try to add extras (ie cabin air filters) and don't do things just because I ask for them! For example, asked for oil change and tire rotation...they checked and recommended rotate on next visit. The waiting area is truly geared for customer satisfaction...internet w/ privacy seating, soft-serve ice cream, bottled water, fresh coffee, new newspapers, etc, etc. Plus a separate area for kids with age appropriate seating and TV! Finally a dealership I can trust. Did I mention they also wash your vehicle after they finish the maintenance? WOW
