Have to wait two weeks to get service

I have been a customer for many years. I have always had a great experience when taking my car for service or repairs. However, this has all changed. You now have to wait for two weeks to get them to look at your car. I can understand waiting that long for regular service, but I have a problem with my car and need to have it looked at ASAP. I have been planning to purchase a new car as my car is approaching 60,000. I will not be purchasing from Wallace even though I have purchase all my cars for many year from them. They should be able to work you in when you need a repair to keep driving your car.

Wallace Imports was a god send

I had an absolutely amazing experience. I am from a Maryland and was tired of getting ripped off locally. I found my dream car, the Kia K5, at the dealership in TN, for $5,000 cheaper than here in Maryland and no mark up cost. Tony was amazing, even from such a distance. We made the trip as a family, from Maryland to Tennessee and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I felt like a person, not a number. Amazing experience, wonderful dealership, and kind/knowledgeable sales person. Thank you Tony!

Not impressed with this place.

Not impressed with this place. I purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander for my 18 year old daughter a couple of weeks ago from the used car section. I put down $6,500 on the vehicle. The crossmember had a recall on it, I was asked to bring it back to be fixed. When I brought it back four days later, I told the salesman it also needed an alignment, the service engine light was on and the service airbag light was on also. Only thing that was checked and fixed was the Crossmember (only because it had a recall it). I took the vehicle yesterday to have the alignment done and engine serviced just to find out now it needs back brakes and rotors as well as the windshield fluid hose is broken so now she can't use her windshield fluid until that is fixed. I paid $275.00 yesterday for the alignment and engine service and now it's going to cost over $400.00 to have rotors and brakes put on. Not sure how much the windshield fluid hose is going to cost yet. Also he didn't put on my temp tag so my daughter drove to school for over a week illegally before I realized it. She's lucky she didn't get pulled over and get a ticket for me to pay as well. I don't think they check the vehicles when they are traded or brought in. They just clean them up and send them out to trusting people like myself. Yes it's used but I figured it would at least be in good working order seeing that it's from a real dealership. I'm a single mom with no knowledge of vehicles and no one to take with me to check them out so, I feel like I completely got screwed!

I've dealt with several car dealership and wallace Subaru of bristol was the best experience I've had. David Difillippo was very professional. He was courteous and done everything he could to make the car buying experience enjoyable. I would definitely go to him again for future car purchases.

Sales team was good, helped us out of a vehicle that we were way upside down on when other dealers would not. The problem came with the service department. On the purchased vehicle we noticed a problem during the test drive. They fixed it, then 8 days later the same problem came back. They kept the vehicle for 20 days, and determined there was no problem. Despite the salesman saying he could see the splashes from the leaked fluid and smell it when I pulled up. And despite them filling it to the max line and 8 days later it being below the minimum line they say it is not leaking fluid. Despite the pictures I have of where it leaked a large puddle on garage floor they say it is not leaking fluid.
