We purchased this vehicle a couple of years aga, had lots

We purchased this vehicle a couple of years aga, had lots of issues and wanted to trade in for a USED vehicle. We told them what we wanted but they would not understand. They kept pushing and pushing for us to buy a new car. Also, the trade in value was a joke. We ended up going to carmax and getting six times the amount they were going to give. I would NOT RECCOMMEND going here. The are way overpriced and terrible to work with. I would give them a zero if possible

Very Poor experience!

Very Poor experience! They wanted a huge down payment! We spent our whole afternoon waiting for a decision! Definitely a waste of time! I won’t be back!

August 2024 Undoubtably the rudest and incompetent

August 2024 Undoubtably the rudest and incompetent used car salesperson and manager I have ever had the displeasure to meet. The salesperson had absolutely no clue about information on the vehicle he was trying to sell, and the sales manager was THE rudest person I have EVER met in ANY position of sales! I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this organization that hires such deceptive and incompetent people as I experienced at Wallace Subaru of Johnson City, TN. Bottom line, I will NEVER be back and will make sure I spread the word to others! Btw, after leaving Wallace Subaru of Johnson City. I proceeded down the street to another dealership and bought a car and drove it home that very same day. The salespeople were very professional. Since I wasn't doing a trade-in. They even drove my car to my home, which was in another city!

The worst experience ive ever had, i told them everything

The worst experience ive ever had, i told them everything about my credit in which i was told by tony it would not be a problem until i got there,they even told me to call the credit agencies to unlock my credit which i did, went through everything just to be told they could not do anything.
