Great dealer even better salesman
Very professional dealership. Jared was very helpful in getting us what we wanted at the price we needed to be at. We ourchased a 2019 ram 2500 from them and would definitely recommend this dealer and Jared to anyone who wants/needs a vehicle. Never any pressure to buy, no negatives at all.

Poor service department.
Poor service department. I called to have a coolant leak diagnosed. I made an appointment to drop the car off 4 days out, because they were booked. (so far so good). They called a few hours after I dropped it off and stated "we found the leak and it should be done tomorrow". I called the next afternoon and again " it should be done tomorrow ". They stated " it should be done tomorrow" everyday afternoon for a week. They kept my car seven days to swap out a radiator, after waiting 4 days for the appointment. Horrible service. Horrible.

Left Google review about this company about a month ago on how bad the experience was someone responded to my review asking to call them the next morning I did and while the people andwering the phone were very nice to speak with they did not know who responded to me. After several days service manager called back apologized said she did not know who told me to call but wanted to look at the 2021 Nissan Rouge that need new tires before it even 15k miles. So they asked me to make appointment to look at vehicle to discuss. Made appointment as they asked. The service rep. looked at my vehicle said they could not find any reason for the abnormal tire wear and as expected told me they had to send for review and would get back to me by Monday. Of course no call on Monday. I called Tuesday was told service manager was busy would call me back in an hour. Guess what no call, so I called back told the rep that answered the phone the reason I was calling again. Response was she is busy will tell her you called when she is free. Obviously customer is not the important person here you need to work around there schedule not that I expected anything anyway as once you buy they lose all care for the customer. I had 3 recalls on this vehicle and every single time told them there is a problem with the supposed safety sensors and everytime they just say checked out fine. However everytime I have taken this vehicle on any extended road time and use those features the steering wheel shakes like crazy and the sensors spot up this big warning saying failure and shut said features off. Biggest vehicle purchace mistake I ever made was pulling into a Wallace dealership.
