I am thrilled with the truck. We thought we had a problem . How we were going to pay but Jason got on it and went out of his way to help us. From start to finish everyone was helping. We bought a used.vehicle. In 3 days the brakes started squealing, real loud! I took it back, and they "looked" at it?!?!! They said they didn't see anything wrong. They just measured the thickness of the pads. They did not look at the pads. If you want to know how I know this, ask me. They said to take it to a Buick dealer, and see what they say. Why would I want to spend $100 or $200 dollars to tell me what it needs, when Wallace's mechanics should be able to. I took it to a trustworthy independent garage and they fixed it for $240, parts and labor.

Great dealership. Would do business here anytime. I bought a certified vehicle from these from Brandon and he did everything he could to make the deal work. There were a couple minor issues after the purchase so I went to see the guys in the service department and they had me fixed up in no time. Peter ordered the parts I needed and got it fixed up like new in just a couple days. No charge, no hassle. Great work from these guys! Would recommend!
