Poor Service

I was told my service would cost around $1,500 but it ended up costing almost $2,500. Service employees were rude and very unhelpful. Never had any problems before when dealing with Phillip. Also, I was never told what the A123 service consisted of. Last Acura I will own.

Thanks to Demareo (MJ)

I went in to have my 2006 RL serviced and ended up buying a 2023 MDX. Demareo (MJ) was our sales guy. We really liked him . He had such an up bet personality. I want Acura to know what a great young man he is. His knowledge of the car and instructions on how to operate all bells and whistle 😁 . I’m sure I will need him again for other things. Thanks for to Demareo!! We love our new MDX.

Shady business practices

I would advise everyone to make sure that what these people tell you is true. My original Gap policy was canceled by Acura of Memphis for a cheaper price on the same day that I bought the car without my knowledge. I only found out when I refinanced my car. Now, no one will refund me the difference and they tell me that they don't know who would have cancelled the original policy. My question is now that you know, because I have shown you proof, why won't you do the right thing and refund me what is due? I have called and visited several times to try to get this resolved. The last time, I was sent on a wild goose chase to bring information in that they knew I couldn't possibly have. This is my second brand new car that I bought from them but will never ever do business with them again because of their shady practices. Acura has my number and has never returned a call to resolve this issue.
