Service Manager Doris took care of my car paint work which was covered by Acura paint warranty. I am about to move out of the town soon and when I mentioned... this to Doris, she was kind enough to expedite the paint work job and return the car to me on time. I did not have a pleasant experience with the service center manager, Doris. She was extremely rude and condensing about my needed services. Little to... no customer service was extended from her. Very unprofessional. I hope I never have to encounter her in the future for my service needs.
Acura has a great service department. They are fast and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Car 19UUB1F36KA010775 has been featured on their and cars.com website for several weeks now. The price was incredible, way below competition. After... casually checking both websites over a matter of weeks, we contact the dealer to see vehicle in person. Still skeptical, we asked if car was available. They confirmed (via phone) it was. When we show up, the car is not available and "sold last week." The salesman plays dumb about the entire thing. Don't waste your time. It is a classic bait and switch scheme. Find a reputable dealer . I hope cars.com removes the car from their site.
Acura of Memphis has the worst general manager and service staff I ever dealt with and the poorest customer service when dealing with certain people
We purchased a 2017 Acura RDX from Michael Harrison who is wonderful and I’m sending all my friends to him! Alan was also involved and was very fair and... helpful. Brian in the service department is amazing. we just mentioned that we were concerned about the brakes and he insisted that we leave our car and let him check the brakes. He gave us a beautiful loaner to drive. He fixed the brakes perfectly. So sweet I wanted to hug him. He makes the service department amazing. He really was concerned that we were happy with our car and he did a great job! Thank you BRIAN
Ripped off, bait and switch, bad business practice, up sale, perform unnecessary repairs, causing new damages to my car, idiots, overpricing, liars. Don’t... even know where to begin. Ever since I bought my 2008 tsx here in 2010 I had many problems. They sold the car with old battery, brakes and tires so I have to replace them. Never ever purchase extended waranty because it’s a scam. They will not honor it. I have spent thousand of dollars on car repairs here. This place is xxxxxxxx. Lately, the place has changed a lot, now they are even worse than before because the people they hired. The service advisor is a dishonest idiot. Always avoiding giving the straight answers, not being clear when I ask questions. Always have to order parts that take 3 days to get there, then spend another 3 days to perform a repair. There is nothing quick and easy about this place. Promised myself would never purchase another car here. Lately found out they charge 5 times more than other shops. The 5 stars they received must not be for real.

I took my 2018 hybrid MDX in for Maintenance A16. They told me I needed an oil change and brake in fluid changed in my transmission. So the shuttle took... me to work and the work was completed around 2:30pm. The shuttle picked me up promptly at work and took me back to get my car so I could get to school to pick up my kids. Everything went smoothly and I was back in my car and on my way in time to pick up my kids. 10 minutes later I get a call from the service department saying I needed to return immediately because they put the wrong fluid in my car! I had to turn around and drop off my car and get a loaner!! I was late picking up my kids, but luckily I have dear friends willing to step in when I need them! How does a tech put the wrong fluid in? I asked and the answer was,"He didn't realize it was a hybrid." WHY IS HE WORKING ON CARS IF HE CAN'T TELL IT'S A HYBRID?!?!? And why did it take 3hrs for him to realize he put the wrong fluid in?!?!?! Are they going to rebuild the transmission to get all the wrong fluid residue out of it?!?!?! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!?!?
Easy to work with and negotiate a deal. Facility is top notch and they treated me as a priority. Highly recommend checking them out for future car needs.
