    Absolute chaos ! Sales person does know many things and he almost always says “I don’t know and I will check and get back “ ! Pers...on from finance gave wrong numbers rather way off numbers and based on that when negotiation started we got new numbers and the reasons were given were - wrong car chosen for running high level numbers and most frustratingly “the price is incorrect in our system” ! Unbelievable !!! Will never recommend this dealership ! Absolutely unfair !

    I am always greeted by name and with a smile. The staff finds answers to my questions and has been flexible with offering solutions. They have been ab...le to accommodate my busy family with with a nice courtesy car, so that our life is not interrupted or inconvenienced. My kids also LOVE the snacks in the waiting area.     Friendly service, all my needs were taken care of in under the estimated time. I enjoyed a hot tea on a cold day while snacking on complementary snac...ks in the well apportioned refreshment center.

    I went in to get a repair on the computer that controls the transmition. There was a service bulletin issued by Acura on This problem. Acura of Memp...his told me to bring my car into get it looked at. They then told me that they would only reset the computer after I pay for a transmition flush that was already done at Gary's transmition in Somerset Ky. Gary's has closed up so they could not verify this. My biggest problem with Acura of Memphis is that. This is a computer reset problem not a transmition fluid problem. I feel they just wanted to get 300 extra dollars before they will fix a service bulletin alert problem.

    My experience has been positive as usual. Only issue I had was price. Was quoted one price over the phone and totally different price when I brought c...ar in. Otherwise I was taken care of nicely.

    Looking for an AWD but they have no used vehicle in stock for an RDX. They let me test drive FWD anyway just to get the driving feel. I would have bou...ght one if the have one.

    Frustrating part.. 2nd day .. we were told everything is ready.. meet you at 4pm, car certified and cleaned up and we are all set.. I trusted the cert...ified status .. no doubt that they will deliver half baked product just to cut a deal.. the worst part.. while waiting for them Around 30 minutes.. the salesman, financed director and another employer were behind the car.. we were able to see them checking but as good buyer we just waited due to TRUST and Confidence that they will deliver good product.. they let us signed the papers , got the papers for trade in and got the down payment.. no disclosure of what is waiting for us.. when we were excited to get the car.. the worst feeling.. scratches in the rear very visible.. just for the money.. they don't care about their customers.. I would have appreciated if they called that due to the proper reconditioning process that we adhered we cannot deliver today.. we will Del we on Saturday.. (3 days from the date we signed) because that is the tentative date that I will get the car.. I never like.. the emails to the gi.. never returned call just that you are Lucky that you are able to get the car prior to others.. !!!! It was supposed to be my best gift for this Christmas.. it became my worst nightmare.. I just hope to get it at the standards if they have that now.. I was excited to own an Acura but the people here.. yo ga e to be meticulous.. they don't provide good customer service..

    Acura of Memphis puts Appearance Package as a required option for each new vehicle they sell. I had to argue with them NOT to put this "option" on a v...ehicle that they had to order from the factory for me (they did not have this vehicle on the lot). They agreed to remove this option initially, but then when the vehicle arrived, they demanded that I pay for this. When I refused, they did not honor a service coupon they had sent me. Stay away from this dealer!
