They were able to work me in last minute and had my car back by noon…always great work and service with a smile. So much better than any other service department in the memphis area.

My service advisor, Rodger Parker, ensured that my

My service advisor, Rodger Parker, ensured that my vehicle received the necessary servicing. The service technician conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle and brought to my attention the need to replace my wipers, which reminded me it needed to be changed. We must also acknowledge the service technicians who work behind the scenes. I greatly appreciate the efforts of Rodger, the service technicians and Brandon in Sales. Sales and Finance team were excellent and efficient.

Sales and Finance team were excellent and efficient. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of in regard to pricing or financing through Toyota Financial. Communication from the quote phase to pick up of the new vehicle was quick and thorough. I have not had to go in for first service yet so I can't comment on the service department at this time but will provide another review after doing so.

The employees are very nice, but I would not recommend

The employees are very nice, but I would not recommend going to this dealership. My last appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and battery change took 3 1/2 hours. The time before that took 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation . I scheduled an appointment time for each of these dates of service.

I love my Service department.

I love my Service department. They get you on and out. I did a walk-in appointment and it didn't take them anytime to take care of the problem.

When I bought my truck it was a great experience but when

When I bought my truck it was a great experience but when I had recalls on the truck I called and spoke to John in the service dept he said he would order the parts and call me back he never called I called back he was out so I was transfered to a manage he did not answer so I left a message to call Me back he never did so I assumed they did not want to fix the recalls.
