Put car in for routine service. Staff were polite and helpful in the booking process and, when I had a conflict and had to move the time, they accommodated me with no difficulty. The service technician was pleasant, polite and helpful and they kept me informed about the progress. A very satisfactory experience overall.

I'm never disappointed. Every time I need to go to Toyota I only go to the one on Winchester. I'm always satisfied with my outcome whether it's shipping for cars or my car needing service.

Principle Toyota Service Department - Memphis

I wish to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received yesterday 2/15/24 at Principle Toyota Service Dept. My appointment was at 1:20. When I arrived I was greeted by John Forrester who said my service advisor Roger Parker was at lunch and he, Forrester, would assist me. He then showed me to the waiting room which was a clean, quiet and pleasant area. Roger Parker returned before the service was complete and my vehicle was ready in a timely manner. The work performed was excellent. I wish to commend the employees who I had contact with. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. My visit to Principle Toyota was a good experience.

Service on Car

The wait time is usually long even if I have an appointment. They always try to find things wrong and give u the highest price in the world and never give option of working with u. I hate this is the only place I can go to to get an oil change for my car other places don?t service Toyota and I hate they don?t it will be at a reasonable price if so I can afford
