This diesel shop was able to get our 36' RV in to get the recall work done (previously not done at another shop even though we were told it was done). Helms likely didn't get paid due to corporate being hateful and not granting us the exemption for Helms to work on our Ram 5500 Super C RV, but they got the work done in TWO days (as opposed to months) and we disnt pay a dime! We love them and their Customer service!
