Great dealership.

Great dealership. I have been buying Fords vehicles for fifty years. All of the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to satify all of my questions. One of the best purchase experiences buying a Ford.

Wow is all I can say.

Wow is all I can say. This place is so disorganized. But my main frustration is the fact that they didn’t tell me the suv I was buying only had one key. After everything was done they handed me the one key. I asked where the second one was. Ski the sales guy said “it only comes with one boss”. I talked to a manager and he said there was nothing he could do accept sell me another key. I told him this is why they have such low ratings on cars.com and Autotrader. He then yelled at me and said “WHY DID YOU BUY A CAR HERE THEN!!” These people have no idea what good service is. The entire process was unprofessional. I will never buy here again. All they had to do is tell me from the beginning that it had one key. So frustrating.

Love Them

We have bought several vehicles from Leon O'Neil II. He is really easy to deal with and he has gotten us some good deals. I like the hassle-free experience we get each time we have dealt with Leon. Their service department is top notch as well. They all treat us like family at Steve Marsh Ford. I cant recommend them enough.

I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from them

I would never recommend anyone from but a vehicle from Steve Marsh Ford ! About 5 weeks ago I bought a used 2018 Ford F 150 from them ! I was told a full diagnostic check on the vehicle was done and the truck passed. Well after driving the vehicle for about 1800 miles or so the check engine light came on. I checked the manual it said may be issue with this that and the other! I opened the hood and found that the negative battery terminal was tight when I was able to lift it off with zero effort! First RED FLAG! This usually means one was attempting to reset the vehicle computer system! One thing lead to another to where my navigation/ radio screen went black and present day does not work. I made an appointment with the dealership and brought my vehicle to be worked on it on March 17, 2023. Mind you I’ve had the vehicle for roughly 5 weeks I received a phone call from the service department and was told that my navigation screen to be replaced, one of my catalytic converter‘s with no longer working, and that the air flow door to my radiator was also working. I was not happy at all because I told that a full diagnostic check is done on the vehicle, and that there were no issues with it. When you hear of a diagnostic check, you would think that would cover the major workings of the vehicle such as transmission , engine, and the other major components of the vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle that same day mind you was not a very happy person however, I remain calm until the service manager made a smart comment to me. I question him about the diagnostic test, and he handed me a paper that had a checklist of what he said with the diagnostic check, start it off with Will. We changed your windshield wipers, and a bunch other things that are basically cosmetic and I began to laugh. He told me that their dealership is not required by law to do a diagnostic check with the engine or any other components of the vehicle which I know is a lie he claims they did a 12 point safety check which is also a joke then they gave me an estimate for repairs of $3700! Even consider making any repairs to the vehicle whatsoever! I told him vehicles there before, and that would be the very last vehicle ever purchase from them. Zero business sense whatsoever. Super poor customer service.

Don’t Trust This Dealership

I purchased a used mini van on 12/10/22 and less than an hour of driving off the lot it breaks down. When I called the dealership, I spoke with Robert and feel like I was basically told ‘we got your money so tough luck.’ Turns out that the problem was just the alternator and the total cost of towing and repairs came up to just under $600. I understand that used cars are sold “as is” but the dealer should have a little integrity and not screw over their customers. I have a daughter turning 16 in a couple of weeks and e told her she would get a vehicle with taxes this year, but it won’t be from this dealership. $600 cost Steve Marsh Ford more than that in future sales. I will not be back and advise anyone looking for a vehicle to go elsewhere. This dealership cannot be trusted! Update 1/2/23 - It has been almost a month since I bought the vehicle and it has spent most of that time in the shop. I believe I have driven it maybe 5 or 6 days. Repairs and towing have already cost around $800 and more o am being told that I will probably have to take it to a Kia dealership and it will be another $1000-$1,500 to have the problem diagnosed and fixed. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Steve Marsh Ford!

Purchased a car with bad tires.

Will never buy another car from there again. Bought a 2021 Bronco in October with 24,000 miles on it. Told the salesman the tires looked worn and he told me that if the tires were bad they would have put new ones on before putting it on the lot. After having the vehicle serviced in November and the tires rotated, the service sticker said the tires were bad, but the sticker in the window when I bought it said they were good. It’s sad to buy a car for that much money and have to put tires on it that quick. I know I didn’t ware a set of tires out in a little over a month.

Steve Marsh does not stand behind their vehicles

Wow. In reading the reviews it appears Steve Marsh has a lot of recently disappointed a lot of customers in the last several months. Because of my mother being in hospice, we purchased a used vehicle for around $40k from the sales person, J.D., based on a video walk around and as you can see from his enclosed text, his word that the vehicle was in "above average" condition. When the vehicle was delivered to our house, we immediately found a broken roof, the check engine light came on, the tire has a gouge, and a bunch of cosmetic issues. Hardly above average for a $40k automobile. Worse is that they refuse to stand behind any of it. All we have asked for is to have the roof replaced. Karma will catch up.

I got my Maverick

I began looking for a 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid after Ford closed the order portal. I got on a list , in the event one became available , to get a call. I got the call at 1100 on 9 Mar. I got there about 1130 and was out the door by 1530! No pressure, no snafu’s of problems. Kristen the online sales person and Robert McKnight, have both stayed in contact since my first visit about three weeks before that. Since then, they continue to stay in touch and are following up on one small problem. So minor , I wouldn’t even have worried about it. My wife did though, so…. Great experience there and glad I got my Maverick. I feel sorry for the original customer who decided to not take possession of this one he ordered.
