My experience was excellent. My salesman was Brian Jackson. If you are looking to buy pre-owned or brand new, he is the man to see. He’s very dedicated and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. I give him and the dealership 5 stars !!! Purchased vehicle on 9/12/21.

Well the sales department is good but the service department well it’s totally different. Horrible when I’m there to get a oil change they say hour and a half well after that hour and a half is gone my car is still sitting two hours later and it finally goes back to get a oil change and I say something to them and they say well we’re busy you should have got here when we opened this morning by this time I’ve been here for 3 hours and 45 minutes just for a oil change. Seriously carrying you car or truck the landers Dodge in Southaven

The undercarriage panel was dragging & I also needed an oil change. Got the works pkg & it only took 1.5 hrs. I like that they do first come first served rather than appts.

Albert Matthews and Casey Keener were extremely professional,court and listened to our needs. We would purchase from Homer Skelton again as we have in the past,since 1998 .

I was very impressed with my experience at homer Skelton every one was helpful,I was expecially impressed with my salesman Jonathan sweat he seemed to be straight foward and very concerning about customer satisfaction unlike salesmen at other dealerships were they make you feel as if they only care about selling a vechile I would definitely rate him 5 stars as a sales person!

My salesman Eric Cash was very haelpful and pleasant to work with. There was just one concern over one of the key fobs but Mr. Cash emailed today and said the fob had been located and was being mailed to me.

Homer Skeleton is a great place to shop for cars. Staff are always courteous!! The waiting room is always clean. It’s a super car dealership with plenty of cars on the lot
