2018 FORD ESCAPE

THE BEST!!! OVER ALL LOVE HOMER SELTON FORD. THE SELLS MAN WAS AMAZING WOULD TELL ALL I KNOW ABOUT IT. SANTA WAS VERY PROUD. DAUGTER WAS TOOOOO !

Great service

Great and speedy service. Friendly staff. Completed scheduled maintenance and answered all questions. Scheduled appointment online and did not have to wait when I arrived at the Dealership

My car buying experience was easy. EE made the process enjoyable because of his friendly personality. Everyone at the dealership that I came in contact with were very nice.

JD was an excellent Advisor

JD was very polite and courteous. He called me and advised of needed repairs and called again when the work was completed. Other than the cost( that JD has no control) I would recommend HSF service department

10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!

HSF helped me in a time I needed it most! My car broke down in the middle of the work week and I was not prepared to get a new car! I know that my deal was not an easy one to make happen. However, my sales person treated me like I was family and made me feel very comfortable. I bought my car a few months ago and never had the chance to review the dealership and sales person. Here it is. They are awesome!

best dealer to buy cars new and used

I've bought new and used cars from Homer Skelton for years.They have always gave me the best deal I could find around here. I tell others about the way they treat me.

Worse Dealer To Do Business With

I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer. They had to get the car from another dealer. The detail department could have been better if done by 6 newborn babies. I had the car back 5 or 6 times to have the car cleaned right and it never happened, so I spent money to have it detailed myself. They told me at the time since they had to get the car from another dealer, that they lose the dealer hold back money and I could not have the rebates, with the exception of my Veterans discount. Just fond out recently they were not truthful. It is true they lost the dealer hold back money from Ford but I should have gotten my rebate, Brian Chapman, who is the General Manager is the most unprofessional General Manager of any dealership I have ever met. He will not call you and he refuses to answer e-mails. I guess when the owners son-in-law, you don't have to call or e-mail you back. The sales manager was also not truthful with me. Trust me, go to Homer Skelton Ford in then go to another Ford dealer and I will guarantee you that the other dealers will beat Homer Skeltons deal by far. Also, the service department is horrible.

Quick and Quality Service

Received a reminder in the mail that service was due. Easy to make appt, text reminder, and pull in service! Friendly and quality service and a fair price
