These people are worthless and stupid. All I wanted was a duplicate key made. I scheduled an appointment. It was supppsed to take 15-30 minutes. 3 hours... later these mouthbreathers still hadn’t made my key. I left without a key. I still don’t have a key. This place is garbage.
I had an amazing experience at this dealership! They are so helpful and really care about their customers. I bought a new Ford Escape from them and will... buy more cars from in the future. Also, the service department has done an excellent job and taken good care of me and my car! I highly reccomend Country Ford.
We stopped by to look at the new Expeditions and found a deal on a 2018 model that we couldn’t pass up. Bought that and then ordered a new Ranger. The... sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this dealership.
Took my new 2018 mustang GT in to have it's first oil change and tire rotation. Mind you I've never driven the car in the rain. My car WAS spotless. Oil... was smeared all across the front fender , all down the drivers door from the mirror to the door handle. Oil was splattered all over my engine cover as well as the front grill. These people have no respect for your hard earned money or your automobile. put simply they SUCK !!!

When I took my ranger in for repairs everyone there from Bill at the service desk to Glenn the service tech talked with me about what they would do to... analyze the problem . Kept me informed about progress and needed repairs. would go back there again

Provided great customer service. I wanted them to hold the car for 3 days (1 day they were closed) for me to pay cash for the car. At first they said... no and then I said, "I've owned a Ford since 1996 Explorer and 2007 Ford Escape. I am sure another dealer would be happy to hold a car. The manager stated, you are that passionate about owning this Escape, "It's yours"

It is always a pleasure to take my car to Country Ford for servicing. I wait if it does take very long and if it is going to take awhile they have a courtesy... car to bring me home and then come back when the car is ready. I have always used Country Ford and have been completely satisfied!
