About our dealership

Cannon Motor Company first opened its doors in 1956 in Calhoun City, Mississippi, as a used car lot. In 1986 Mr. Cannon handed over the dealership to Michael Joe Cannon, his son, and since then it has grown to 20 franchise locations, and 3 used car lots throughout Mississippi. Michael Joe’s passion for automobiles, customer service, and the South are also shared by his son Tyler Cannon, who manages another Cannon Motor Company store in Cleveland, Mississippi.

DONT LISTEN TO THE LIES OF THESE REVIEWS CANNON TOYOTA

DONT LISTEN TO THE LIES OF THESE REVIEWS CANNON TOYOTA IS CROOKED THEY SOLD ME A WRONG CAR WITH A WRONG VIN NUMBER AND THEN SOLD ME THE WRONG MODEL CAR AND I HAD TO DO A SUBSTITUTION OF COLLATORAL I WAS ALSO UPSIDE DOWN IN A VEHICLE THAT I USED AS DOWN PAYMENT ALONG WITH $300 AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULDNT BE BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT THE CAR THEY INITIALLY SOLD ME AND TOLD ME I COULD JUST COME BACK IN 6 MONTHS SO I DID BUT MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS WERE OUTRAGEOUS BECAUSE THEY WERE CHARGING ME FOR TWO VEHICLES AND BECAUSE OF THERE MISTAKES I HAD TO PAY FOR TWO CAR TAGS I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY EVER AGAIN I RECENTLY HAD A WRECK AND TOTALED THE CAR THANK GOD BUT THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOOK FOREVER TO PAY A BIG PORTION OF THE PAYOFF BUT NOW IM FIGHTING WITH GAP INSURANCE AND CANNON WILL NOT RELEASE THE FINAL PAPERWORK THAT THEY ARE SEEKING I WILL UPDATE THE REVIEW ONCE THERE IS RESOLUTION

I'm back!

I'm back! I've doubled back because of another experience with Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg. My wife was on the market for a vehicle. Since Mr. Clay Crozier took care of my wife and I before, it only made sense to go right back to him. One of the things I admire about him is that he honors his word. He doesn't say one thing and do another, unless it is even better than what he originally stated. Another is that he is an efficient man; we didn't waste time getting to what we came to him for. Also, although we ended up coming to him sort of late, he was the last man standing and didn't gripe about the time even once. When he would be out of the office, he wasn't hard to reach and pointed us to the next in line so that the process wasn't held up when he was out on professional leave. The man knew the lot like the back of his hand in terms of what was there and what Canon had to offer in general. As I stated last time, I actually enjoyed purchasing a vehicle due to the experience this time around; I speak for the Mrs. when I say this much. My family has Clay in mind when it comes to getting right treatment, a patient-oriented process of buying a vehicle(s), and feeling confident about the choice we made. It is if Clay understood how important customer service was and he delivered like he knew it. I've already made several references to him for people on the market and I hope they go see him and see what I mean. Thanks again, Mr. Crozier!

i would never reccommend anyone to use Cannon Honda of

i would never reccommend anyone to use Cannon Honda of Vicksburg. They do not take of their customers paperwork to pay sales tax and get title for vehicle. They also never return phone calls. This has been a nightmare since the truck was purchased in October. We have called, emailed and even been by the dealership with no results.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve in sales and Lacey in finance, and they were both fantastic! Cannon Toyota made it super easy to purchase a vehicle out-of-state (I'm in TN). I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for high-quality service and a great car.

I just had my oil changed and tires rotated at what I

I just had my oil changed and tires rotated at what I consider to be the best Toyota Dealership in the county. The service manager, Lionel Majors, especially, always remembers your name, instantly gives you a summary of what your car needs and makes great suggestions about what you need to do to keep your car in great shape. Really gives me confidence to get on the road worry free. I even send my friends who have cars that are not Toyotas, to Cannon Toyota in Vicksburg because of the great service and decent pricing!

We are more than pleased with our experience with Cannon Toyota in Vicksburg, MS. They had exactly what we had been searching for and our sales person Greg Linzy was awesome. We came all the way from Tennessee to make this purchase and are 100% satisfied with the entire experience. From the inventory they had, Greg’s knowledge and personality, to the finance person working to find the best rate available and the welcoming of the staff made this experience wonderful. Thank you!
