Despicable example of a dealership. They took my diagnostic fee, told me my car was under warranty, and they won't return my diagnostic fee. Okay,... fine, as long as they fix my car, right? Wrong! They now refuse to service my car because I voiced my displeasure online! Talk about censorship, subterfuge, and fraud. Now you say it's not under warranty? Why tell me it is in the first place? Then proceed to call me a liar? Like I'm lying about being told it's under warranty? Mike Lyle and the shark pit should be avoided.
When I first arrived in the state of Mississippi (2004), this dealership couldn't service my car because they didn't have a trained Nissan mechanic... to service my vehicle. This time the services performed didn't address the issues identified, which got fixed and replaced twenty-hours after leaving their service. My air conditioning was performing better before I paid them to flush out the system and further more they stole four rolls of quarters out of my console.
I purchased a used 2003 Ford Taurus from Petro. It had belonged to an elderly person that had passed away and her son had kept it in the garage till earlier... this year when he traded it in on a vehicle. It only had 51000 miles on it so I thought that this was going to be a very good purchase being a 2003 model. It lasted me almost 3 months before the torque converter went out. I and my dad have both called and left messages and they never returned the phone call. All we wanted to know was if they carried a warranty on it for 90 days or 10000 miles since they did stand by the car and made the sale. I have emailed the general manager and Tony Petro himself and neither of them have returned my email either. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I have since been without because I am having to save up the money to get the repairs.
Salesman was new and didn't know half of vehicle we test drove. We didn't knock him but what we was more disappointed about was finance manager... didn't speak at all nor did he acknowledge me and my wife in any way. Vehicle was dirty inside out and had a lot of wears in the inside for them to stand firm on price and not replacing worn tires. Overall, facilities was great, salesman was polite and great but finance manager ruin the deal
Even though I did not buy my Titan from Petro they still did an excellent job taking care of my warranty work and did not keep me waiting.
while i was waiting for paperwork to finalize the sales manager allowed another customer to jump ahead of me and sign off on the car i was buying. i had... agreed on a price and was waiting on them to finish. i was clearly done wrong and so was the salesman who was working with me , we both came out losers
Very pushy salesman. They would not come down on the price of the vehicle. They didn't care if the payment was in my budget or not. It's like they didn't... even listen to what I needed. Will not recommend Petro to anyone in the future.
My wife bought a new pathfinder in 2015. Since then it's had multiple issues. The latest is the rear a/c controls not working properly. When my wife brought... it to petronamd asked them about it she was told by a service rep named Jared that "that's how is suposss to work". She called me and told me what the rep said so I drove to Petro and showed him the issue, he didn't have a fix and said he would have to research it and give us a call back. A month has passed and he never called back. I called at 8am today and Jarednin service answered. After I told him about the issue and that he failed to call us back he became rude and then transferred me to someone else. This guy was much nicer and said he would call me back with a way to get the car in and get the car looked at and to find a solution. Well now it's 8:15 pm and I never received a call back. This place is ridiculous! I am selling the SUV and will never buy nor recommend this dealership or brand of vehicle to anyone. I was even considering buying a Titan XD, not happening now.
Petro Nissan will never get my business or recommendation, they have the poorest level of customer service and are dishonest to say the very least.
Very helpful. They reached out when I asked on cars.com and gave me a lot of information about the vehicle I was interested in. It wasn't available at... the time and my wife found a vehicle that she liked better. Professional and courteous internet department!
