Phillip was amazing, he let me know on the front end about things that may be needed based on my mileage, assured me he’d only do them if necessary, and even when they found a few smaller issues, didn’t pressure me to do those as I was already spending more than I expected. That made me really trust him and I plan to keep returning!

Easiest visit to a Nissan dealership I have ever had. Phillip was courteous and made me feel at ease. Waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. Big plus for someone in their 70’s. My last Nissan dealership was an ordeal every time I went. Cannot believe the difference.
