I had a flat tire that immediately needed attention, because I had an event to go to. I went in on a Saturday with no appointment and about an hour before they closed. They were very willing to fit me in and plug the hole. The Service Advisor, Johnathan Hernandez, even went above and beyond to help get oil changes done, so they could fix my tire quickly. I appreciate the welcoming environment and very helpful staff!

Purchased a 2015 Honda Accord first week of May 2024. I asked if car had been in an accident or in a flood. They said absolutely not and presented a Carfax report stating no accidents or any other damage reported. Fast forward a few days later and my wife's car was hit at work while she was inside. When she came outside the bumper was laying in the grass along with some other damage. She called xx. Matthews police who came to investigate. Upon looking at vehicle he asked if car had been in previous accident, she said no. We just purchased it. He said there was nine zip ties and a bungee cord wrapped around bumper. Bill Collins had just done maintenance on this car before we bought it, how did they not notice it. I called the sales manager who said someone must have covered up an accident. He said it wasn't their problem. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership, nor would I advise any person to. I feel they are untrustworthy. My wife is handicapped and this is how they treat people. Shame on you Bill Collins Nissan.Do not trust the Carfax and do not trust this establishment

Teresa Holbert, we work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It's discouraging to see that you had a negative experience.

Took my wife's 2018 Pathfinder in with 62571 miles on it due to a ticking noise coming from the engine (V-6). they charged me a $179.69 diagnostic fee. According to my receipt it says they found a multi cylinder misfire code of P0300. The check engine light should have been on for that. The receipt also said the technician found sludge inside the oil fill cap and the corrective action was to replace my engine. I am a mechanic, been working on engines since 1985. before I tell a customer that they need a new engine, I would have at least pulled the valve covers off and taken pictures to show what I have found. Basically I got charged $179 to have somebody unscrew an oil fill cap and not really diagnose the problem. NEVER take a vehicle to this place to have any diagnostic work done. I wouldn't trust them with a flat tire.

After having a horrible experience of paying cash for a car only to be given a car that you did not buy at Jeff Wyler Nissan, we went to Bill Collins Nissan - where buying a car was stress free, very timely and an absolute pleasure! We found the sales person, the manager, the insurance man and the financial person all to be both very professional, kind, considerate and respectful! Thank you!

I have a 2016 Nissan Altima that has a recall on the rear O2 sensor covering parts and labor. The recent letter sent by Nissan regarding the recall said diagnostics was 1 hour and repair if needed would be 2 hours. I contacted Collins Nissan and was told they would have to hold my car for 5 to 10 days to diagnose the problem and make sure it is covered under warranty. I asked if I could just schedule to bring the car in a couple weeks from now to get the diagnosis and possible replacement done and they said they won't do that and I would have to leave it with them for 5 to 10 days with the car just sitting there.

My family and I have purchased the last ten vehicles from Collins Nissan, specifically from Ricco Hughes. Early on I tried shopping around but found my way back to Ricco. Now I just call him and let him handle my needs.

Friendly, efficient, no hassle. They gave me a straight up fair offer over the phone without having to fight, play games, or spend hours at the dealership. Extremely friendly - excellent experience. It took me less than 5 minutes to get the straight answers here that I tried to get our of other dealers over a four month period. Highly recommend

After I bought a Nissan NV200 from them on 5/3/2021, I received an email from Marc Pentella, General Sales Manager, on 6/8/2021 asking me if he can help me buy a vehicle - what the f***???? I called immediately and told him that I already bought a vehicle five weeks ago, but I haven't received my plates & registration yet. I told him that I emailed the sales person, Yani, who sold me the van but haven't heard back from her (for 4 days now). He said he would look into it, but hasn't gotten back to me. So I called KY DMV, and they told me that Collins Nissan has not submitted the VIN for title or registration - they have no record of the VIN #. I called Nissan USA and filed a complaint, they gave me a case # and told me that to expect a call from the regional specialist by EoB tomorrow. The Nissan USA regional special contacted Marc Pentella and he still didn't call me. I called the Finance manager, Geoff Richardson, and he didn't call back. I called the Sales Manager, Patrick Williamns, and he didn't call back.
