Purchased a 2015 Honda Accord first week of May 2024.

Purchased a 2015 Honda Accord first week of May 2024. I asked if car had been in an accident or in a flood. They said absolutely not and presented a Carfax report stating no accidents or any other damage reported. Fast forward a few days later and my wife's car was hit at work while she was inside. When she came outside the bumper was laying in the grass along with some other damage.She called xx. Matthews police who came to investigate. Upon looking at vehicle he asked if car had been in previous accident, she said no. We just purchased it. He said there was nine zip ties and a bungee cord wrapped around bumper. Bill Collins had just done maintenance on this car before we bought it, how did they not notice it. I called the sales manager who said someone must have covered up an accident. He said it wasn't their problem. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership, nor would I advise any person to. I feel they are untrustworthy. My wife is handicapped and this is how they treat people. Shame on you Bill Collins Nissan.Do not trust the Carfax and do not trust this establishment

Bill Collins Nissan came to our rescue

After having a horrible experience of paying cash for a car only to be given a car that you did not buy at Jeff Wyler Nissan, we went to Bill Collins Nissan - where buying a car was stress free, very timely and an absolute pleasure! We found the sales person, the manager, the insurance man and the financial person all to be both very professional, kind, considerate and respectful! Thank you!

Do not use service department

I have a 2016 Nissan Altima that has a recall on the rear O2 sensor covering parts and labor. The recent letter sent by Nissan regarding the recall said diagnostics was 1 hour and repair if needed would be 2 hours. I contacted Collins Nissan and was told they would have to hold my car for 5 to 10 days to diagnose the problem and make sure it is covered under warranty. I asked if I could just schedule to bring the car in a couple weeks from now to get the diagnosis and possible replacement done and they said they won't do that and I would have to leave it with them for 5 to 10 days with the car just sitting there.

Fair. Friendly. Easy.

Friendly, efficient, no hassle. They gave me a straight up fair offer over the phone without having to fight, play games, or spend hours at the dealership. Extremely friendly - excellent experience. It took me less than 5 minutes to get the straight answers here that I tried to get our of other dealers over a four month period. Highly recommend

Nissan Murano

I am writing this because I want everyone to know how very satisfied my husband and I were with our shopping experience at Collins Nissan on Bardstown Road here in Louisville. We had already been to 3 other dealers and could not find what I wanted. Our Salesman, Abraham, was AWESOME. He answered all my questions, and then the moment came when he showed me what he thought I wanted. End result - I drove a Wonderful Sporty looking Nissan Murano home that day. From the time my husband and I arrived until we left, never have I had a better experience in buying a car. I usually trade every 3 years. I like new cars. Collins Nissan is where I will always buy my vehicles and a heartfelt thanks to Abraham for making it so easy and exciting! I love the ride, the look and the price! Thanks for my experience which tops all I've had in the past. I will be back and I've been telling everyone (and so many have asked) where I got the car and how professional, how friendly and how satisfied my husband and I were. service for my 2016 nissan maxima

I brought my car in July 3rd for door locks at 10 30 am. I called at 2 30pm they just started looking at it.I called back at 330pm and it was the actuator ,so I asked does easy care take care of this since my 3 year 36000 mile warranty expired.He said hive him 15 minutes and he would call me back called back at 4 30 he still did not know .When I purchased the easy care I asked the lady about the power locks and she said it would be covered since I had this same problem with my gmc truck and gm 's warranty .After all this collins nissan didn't even have the part in stock.I still don't know if its covered or not.Not a happy customer

Excellent dealership!!

We bought our first brand new car right off the showroom floor from this great dealership. Their kids room made the buying process so much easier with 2 little kiddos! Abu was great to work with and took his time showing us 3 different vehicles and moving each inside so we didn't have to deal with the rain. He was super knowledgeable about each product, all the options, and upgrades. The finance department made purchasing a breeze! Finally we had a dealership wanting to sell us a car rather than making us jump through hoops to get it! I will highly recommend Collins Nissan to any and everyone!!

Exceptional Buying Experience!

After shopping slowly, conducting research....I settled on a 2015 Nissan Altima. The team at Collins made the shopping process one of the best I've ever experienced (in any type of retail environment). Taking deliver of the vehicle was very professional, organized, seamless....and fun. They made buying a new car enjoyable / exciting. Basically everything a consumer would want the process to be. Would highly recommend to my friends.

Going above and beyond to make everything better t

I visited Collins Nissan a bit frustrated as I had just left a bad experience at another dealer earlier in the day. I met Sean at Collins who greated me with much enthusiasm and effort. He proffesionally walked me through the various options and explained the differences. He was extremely informed and helpful towards my new Rogue purchase. The real difference came when Sean allowed me to store the car for 2 months in anticipation of my daughters birthday. He never batted an eye and told me he was customer driven. We signed the papers which was seemless and away I went (without the car). 4 weeks later I called and Sean explained he had just got done running the engine a bit to assure a full charge on the battery. He/Collins did this as a result of proactive customer care! When it was time to pick up the car it was washed and looked great. Sean had offered a big red ribbon and it was already in the back seat. Bottom line this entire experience was flawless even though i through a few cure xxxxx!. I could not be happier with the car- the dealershiop and my salesman. I will go to Collins first now.
