I’ve owned my Camry that I bought from Toyota of Louisville, and have used the service department for nearly every regular service it has needed. Without fail, this is the best car service experience every single time. The lounges to wait in are comfortable, the communication about your auto’s service needs is complete and I find the pricing more than fair. My Camry is 7 years old and I feel confident that using the Toyota of Louisville service department will keep it going for many, many years to come. I appreciate everyone there and will be back for the next service in May!

Tim Patillo was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Tim Patillo was an absolute pleasure to work with. I live in Georgia and found my "new" car through CARFAX at Toyota of Louisville. Online pictures of the car accurately captured condition (perfect) and features of the car. Communication with Tim was fantastic. He was able to coordinate with his finance team over the phone, and within hours we completed the terms and had a deal. I flew up a couple of days later. Tim picked me up a the airport, did a simple short test drive, and i was able to sit down to complete the paperwork. I also want to compliment the the whole finance team. I am very pleased that they were able to provide very competitive rates. Again, the whole transaction was completed very quickly, and I was on the road back home (after a great lunch at one of their recommended restaurants). Some fInal thoughts, I've purchased a number of cars in the past from a number of dealerships all over the country. Toyota of Louisville is very special. This might not make sense until you visit, but I really enjoyed talking to everyone there. We have a shared set of values which made working together so much simpler. Again, heartfelt thanks to Tim and everyone at Toyota of Louisville.

We appreciate John Carbone taking our car in with just a

We appreciate John Carbone taking our car in with just a couple of hours notice, when we explained an issue with the alternator. He took down all the pertinent information. He then called when the problem was determined and explained in terms we could understand. As the problem was more than we expected, it required extra time to compete (and, that was understandable. When all repairs were completed (a brake problem was also found after further examining the car), John called to let us know. When we picked the car up, John took time from his busy afternoon to show us the repairs that were made. Service was excellent and John Carbine was a pleasure to deal with.

John Carborne, one of the Service Managers is excellent!

John Carborne, one of the Service Managers is excellent!!! I trust his knowledge of my Prius and how to maintain it to run properly!!! I never have to worry that the service department will suggest maintenance and or repairs not needed. Glen Harder, the gentleman who sold me my car continues to keep in touch to see how I am and how the Prius is running. Anytime I take the car in for an oil change he’s there to great me with a smile and god conversation. I appreciate their integrity, honesty, and wisdom about cars. If you need help or wise counsel give John and or Glen a call or drop by Toyota Of Louisville on Dixie Highway. You won’t be disappointed!!!
