Sales did not want to order or acquire the vehicle i

Sales did not want to order or acquire the vehicle i wanted in June 2023, so i drove to indy same week to buy my new ct5-v. Now in July 2024 Courtesy Cadillac cant do any service on it as they don't have master mechanics available. Stay away from them, call Lockhart in Indy. Courtesy cadi cant sell it to ya, or service it for ya, why are they open for business I wonder?

Service was slow and disappointing.

Service was slow and disappointing. Didn’t do work till day after appointment. Then sent an email that I missed my appointment. I dropped off night before and they didn’t start on it until I called to check on it almost 24 hours after appointment. Shame only Cadillac dealer near me. Too bad they can’t keep their own appointments straight, and asks the question why should I get one if they are not going to honor them. I want them to call and ask me about it, but will they never!

Increased price of used car after test driving it and

Increased price of used car after test driving it and then being a Cadillac dealership who makes millions let me walk away over trying to make $700 more off of me?! I received 3 different phone calls after the fact and they were still trying to get me to pay above their asking price! Unbelievable and sad they were pretty clear on not wanting to gain a new customer with me.

I am sorry you feel this way, but this is not correct and not a honest statement. The price did increase the day before you came in. however when you arrived and told us you seen it for the cheaper price we immediately honored the new price. not only did we honor the new price but we also gave you an additional discount as well. You told us that you did not have enough money to purchase the vehicle. We did talk to you multiple times to see if anything changed. Yes we are $700 away but not because of a pricing issue. We would still love to sell you a vehicle. I'm sorry you think a local business should cover the additional expense of you purchasing a vehicle.

Went to get work done for a recall and was told the part

Went to get work done for a recall and was told the part wasn't in and there were a list of ppl waiting. I decided to get an oil change, it's been over a yr. and I've heard nothing about fixing my recall. I now have 2 recalls on my car and per the recall letter you can only go to the Cadillac Dealer.

Once again, a great service trip to Courtesy.

Once again, a great service trip to Courtesy. The Service staff is very knowledgeable and always very helpful. They explain everything that needs to be done and never try to over sell you!! The management team always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! The detail department does an excellent job as well! All around great service! Highly recommend!

I found a vehicle on their site.

I found a vehicle on their site. I was still looking even though i had a car and had started the buying process on carvana. I spoke with a Michael and a Matthew and was lead to believe the one suv i emailed about was available. So now I got a response from two people, which was confusing at the beginning. That's the first sign of bad communication within the company. Next we set up an appointment for that evening. So I canceled my carvana buying process. Within a few minutes, I received an email that the vehicle was sold at auction?! The salesman wasn't informed of which vehicles were available and which were not? That's the second lack of communication. Please keep in mind this was all within a short period. Seriously, I'm surprised anything gets done if no one gets updates or communicates as decent, good companies should. I'd like this to be a learning moment, since you know better, DO BETTER!

I wanted to reach out and reply to our review. You did receive two responses one from the Sales Manager introducing himself and one from the Salesperson as well. Upon the vehicle being shown to another customer this morning there was a few issues that arose on the vehicle and we did not feel comfortable selling the vehicle so we then decided to send the vehicle to the auction. We then reached out immediately to inform you that vehicle was being sold at auction. This all happened this morning within a few hours. we notified the salesperson and yourself immediately when it was determined.

Like I previously stated I am sorry for your inconvenience and unfortunately when we remove vehicles it takes 24 hours sometimes 48 hours for them to come off the websites. We notified you as soon as we new the situation.

It appears you're saying it happened just as i said. As for the comfortable feelings of selling it, it was up in the site. If it wasn't a good vehicle, then it probably shouldn't have been put up. Do better.

Save thousands shop somewhere else.

Typical thieves, looked at 3 different vehicles ranging from 32,000 to 62,000 on their prices on windows. After researching I found they ask above retail for their cars, and offer you below trade in value for your car. Was offered 7,500 for my car and wrote it up on offer that it was in rough shape. Car lot across street rated my car as impeccable like new and offered $12,000. Even though it’s worth retail around $19,000. I Understand people need to make money on car deals, but these people will rob a blind person with a smile, telling you your getting a great deal 😈 Go somewhere else. They must be starving.

5 star service

Received a toe-link recall notice on my SRX so I contacted Courtesy Cadillac in Louisville. They have been in business for years and known for quality and service. I asked about pick-up and drop-off service and was very happy to hear it was offered at a reasonable price. They scheduled the service, picked up and dropped off as promised and even applied a discount on the pick-up service just as a "Courtesy". Everyone I spoke with from start to finish were very helpful, professional, personable, and kind. Our family would highly recommend Courtesy for your Cadillac needs.

Worst Cadillac service center ever

As a Cadillac lover and an army vet, I've had the worst experience as a Cadillac owner at courtesy Cadillac in Louisville, Kentucky. My car stopped on me and I immediately had it towed to the nearest Cadillac service center. The next day I was told $1200 would it fix my cars issue. Four days later I was told my car is ready, but still not running as it now needed a new battery. Concerned I spoke with the manager Travis, and was so disappointed in first how rude he was to me and secondly, his response was he would get on the mechanic for not checking the battery first! As they jump my car for me to leave, I overlooked the paperwork to notice the mysterious falsification. The said part came with a 12,000 mile warranty. My car was at 109,000 miles but the paperwork stated current mileage was 90,000 miles, meaning the warranty was already void! I immediately went to the GM, who confirmed he had a pencil, and will change the paperwork promptly. And that is all the comfort he could give me plus a business card. Starting to believe I should trade all these Cadillacs in for a Lincoln.

Mr. Dawson I again am sorry for your Experience, as I told you when you were here. I corrected the paperwork you had and then we corrected the mileage in the system for you. As far as the battery and alternator was concerned they were both bad. We should have checked them both so we could have told you that up front. We try to fix the most obvious problem first so we are just not recommending multiple fixes to keep cost of repairs down. We even offered to sell you the battery at cost and not charge any labor for the install to help fix the problem. You declined this and also accused us of not even replacing the alternator. This offer still stands if you have not got it repaired yet. Thank you for your service to our country and have a great day.

Today I experienced courtesy Cadillac for the third time since buying my XT four. I have always found them very professional, on time and provided excellent service, good communication, and in general exceeds my expectations. They provide a nice waiting area with all the amenities one would like to have while waiting and offer transportation if you would prefer not to wait. The staff is always wonderful. Five stars.
