I love the text messaging notifications, except this
I love the text messaging notifications, except this time, the first text to announce that the driver was on the way was received AFTER my vehicle had been picked up. It's not a big deal. I wish the rebate process for my new tires was explained to me. Everyone was pleasant.

It is extremely disappointing to take your vehicle in for
It is extremely disappointing to take your vehicle in for warranty service for an intermittent problem and be told that it didn't happen for them, so obviously nothing is wrong. They would believe me if I had a video of it happening, but when I returned the next day with the video, they started to tell me that they'd have to see it for themselves. They finally agreed to order the offending part. It's not just this dealership, but that doesn't make it less disappointing.
