We have done business for years with Kerry and the last

We have done business for years with Kerry and the last few times we have been there have been horrible. I was disrespected by Brian who was rude and raised his voice at me when I asked for his bosses name and phone number. He said he would get his boss for me and then I asked for his bosses name and number again from the cashier which at that time Adrianne butted in and made a snippy comment to me and then mumbled under her breath the whole time walking away from me. John the GM spoke to me in Brian’s office where he told me that he would fix the problem. Since I didn’t have the time at that moment my husband brought the vehicle back the next day per John’s request. They then refused to take care of the problem when he came back. John saying that I said things the day before that I didn’t say why they wouldn’t do it. They requested my husband to leave the premises so my husband called the police. They had the police to give my husband a trespassing order even though he was there for an appointment. I am very disappointed in Kerry Chevrolet.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the Kerry Chevrolet service department. This 1-star review is based on two major issues: a complete failure of logistics and the unprofessional conduct of the management. First, the service department is completely disorganized. We brought our vehicle in for a pre-discussed issue. After we arrived for our appointment, we were informed that the necessary parts had not even been ordered and that it would be a two-week wait. We live an hour away and had to make an extra trip because of this. No one called us beforehand to reschedule. This is a complete waste of a customer's time and shows a total lack of respect for a scheduled appointment. Second, the management interaction was unacceptable. The service manager we dealt with was incredibly condescending and dismissive, especially in his interactions with my wife. We felt spoken down to and disrespected... Given the slow service, the total lack of organization, and the unprofessional and condescending attitude from management, I cannot recommend this service center to anyone.

We were very pleased with our experience.

We were very pleased with our experience. We live 2 hours away and was able to agree on price, trade in, etc ahead of time. Todd had all the paperwork ready to sign on his desk when we arrived. It was a very easy in/out no hassle purchase. We appreciate how Kerry Chevrolet managed the sale.

As I, a woman, sat in the waiting area I could hear the manager, Mike, and another woman who worked there complaining about a customer and calling her a b***h. From what I could gather the customer just wanted proof that the service she paid for had been done. That aside, after three visits and $2000 later my car still made noise and the check engine light was still on. Mike tried to tell me the noise was probably there all along and I just hadn't noticed. It was not there before they worked on my car the first time. I went somewhere else and they fixed it, no problem, for a quarter of that price. Will not be back.

2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz from Kerry Hyundai of

2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz from Kerry Hyundai of Alexander My Hyundai, 14 years old, needed a repair that wasn’t worth it based on its age and mileage. That left me looking for new car earlier than I had wanted. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. I went to KIA, Honda, Toyota, Nissan and Subaru. Based on those experiences, I wasn’t really looking forward to continuing. I finally decided on Hyundai because of the warranty and my experience. The choices that I came up with were the Sonata or the Santa Cruz. That decision is for another discussion. I went to 3 Hyundai dealers looking for my options. I checked the Hyundai website based on inventory., Kerry Hyundai had model on the lot or in transit that seemed to fit my wants. I stopped by Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria. I met with Michael Wesselman. I explained what I was looking for. I told him that I wanted a fair deal. I also told him that I didn’t want him to go home and tell his wife and kids that they had to eat rice/beans based on this sale. He seemed upfront and honest. I left. After thinking about it, I came back the next day. I knew what I wanted. I felt I knew what was a fair price. Michael and I negotiated. He talked with his manager. We came up with I believe to be a fair price and it didn’t put Michael on rice/beans. He made everything easy peasy. Michael was very low keyed. He didn’t pressure me the way other dealers had. He listened and I felt he worked with me. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He reminds me a lot of the sales person from my initial Hyundai purchase. I never regretted it. I’ve been driving my Santa Cruz for less than a week and LOVE it.
