Worst service by a Cadillac "dealer" ever.

Poor service, never once advising on what is due next to be done for regular service - Absolutely Lacking customer service skills and lack of follow through. 2 weeks ago had an oil change and oil was leaking all over the driveway, of course over a weekend, and had to make another trip up to get it corrected 5 hours wasted of my work time. This week I Had 2 tires damaged from potholes, I took photos of the rim chewed up as well as other damage, towed the car to the dealership - but I called first to see if ok to bring car there to get the 2 tires off so I could then take the tires to where we had road hazard on them, Discount Tire, and they said sure, so today called to let them know I was going to be there shortly, they said, you'll have to tow the car to the discount tire place they won't leave it on the rack while I go get the new tire which are covered under my road hazard which the cadillac place doesn't offer even if you buy tires there. Their price for tires $2009.53. (No road hazard, no free rotation) Same tires with road hazard and free rotation at discount tire $1,276.00. I also asked to have the underside inspected to see if any other damage and have photo of the liner loose by the left tire, and was told, no damage, it's all good. Called Cadilliac customer service, and was advised that they have policies that Cadilliac has no control over. So, beware it's not the service that Cadiliac is supposedly known for. Go elsewhere and save yourself time, and money.

Princess, I have reviewed in detail what happened point by point with your experience at our Cadillac dealership. I am not questioning your version of events as we realize we could have done some things better, and things can get muddled in the heat of the moment. However, based on employee interviews, I find it impossible to formulate an adequate response based on fact. I apologize for how you feel you may have been treated, but many of the things you asked us to do simply did not make business sense. It is not our policy to honor outside vendor (another tire store) warranty or damage insurance on products we had nothing to do with in the first place (tires). How Austin Hodke Saved My Family's Vacation

In March 2023 I was with my wife, daughter (7), and son (18) on a road trip from Michigan to Atlanta. We had a blowout while on the highway in Kentucky. After being towed to 2 tire shops who did not have the tire Joseph Cadillac (JC) in Florence was suggested. Arrived at JC at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Was told by a member of the service team that the tire was not in stock. I spoke with Austin Hodke to whom I explained the desperate nature of my situation. Austin immediately recruited 2 service team members and said "I'm going to do everything in my power to help you and your family." Austin returned 10 minutes later rolling a tire. Austin explained that someone had ordered and paid for that tire 3 months prior and decided NOT to use it. They just left the tire. Austin mounted and balanced the tire and put the tire on my car. He had a team member wash the car and pull it out of the garage. All this while he stuffed my wife and kid full of snacks. After all this Austin shook my hand, and said "No charge. Hope you and the family have a great vacation." 😳😢🤗 I had to hug this man. Twice! Austin Hodke is a Saint! 😇 He was a Saint that morning, for sure! Joseph Cadillac, thank you! Thank you for putting in place someone as remarkable as Austin!

Adam Smith

Adam Smith was courteous, considerate, compassionate and communicative. He saved us over $600.00 by not replacing parts I thought needed replacing. It had been years since we were here last, and after another Cadillac dealer tried to get me to swallow B,S. we came back here to get work done. Joseph will now be our service place for Linda's Cadillac and my Buick. If you want the utmost respect and honesty, bring your car here.

Why you hate shopping for use cars!

Look elsewhere if you want the dealer to make sure your happy with your experience. These guys will not fix even the smallest things you find on a car you would like to purchase. Even when it’s a vehicle under there own make. They treat you like you’re stupid to convince you nothing is wrong with the item you would like fixed. To the extent of saying they would just wrap a washer fluid filler bottle with duct tape to keep cap on! I’m not joking…a Subaru/Cadillac dealer would not fix filler tube, adjust a parking break, look at a small oil leak and replace a USB on a Subaru. I bought the car cause I could fix the items but I’m warning everyone beware of this place they will take you back to why “you hate shopping for used cars”.

Look elsewhere if you want the dealer to make sure your happy with your experience. These guys will not fix even the smallest things you find on a car you would like to purchase. Brian, I am sorry you feel this way. However, we discussed each of these items before you took delivery. On a car of that age and mileage, we address major issues and all safety issues. The windshield filler tube was snapped back in place, was not broken but has an odd design from the factory. We found no fault in the operation of the parking brake. You were aware that the USB port was not operational but agreed that it was fine as is. The vehicle did not have an oil leak, but had some oil seeping near the valve cover gasket which we consider normal for a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek with 117,997 miles on it. Anthony Adams, my salesperson, did mention on several occasions, that if you were not happy with the car, you did not have to buy it. We are not a pushy group like some others in town. It was your decision to move forward. Anyone that looks at our online reviews will see that we are a VERY reputable dealership, and handle our customers with the utmost respect and dignity. Stefan in Cadillac service

Lowest price on tires Stefan is the man, he delivered , the same brand tires at 7 other luxury car dealerships 15 percent higher, and the others charge extra for mounting the tires, one was charging $50 per tire!!!! This dealership has delivered quality in my dealing with them since 2013. You are absolutely the best, Stefan you get it done muy man!!!

Watch'em internet pricing fake!

Very poor customer service, rude used car sales Manager. Will add additional fees (thousands) to internet price for low mileage. Buyer beware! Read and watch'em.

Deborah, again, as I stated before in my emails to you, I am sorry that you felt my used car manager was less than polite. However, he clearly stated the price when you or your husband called in before you showed up, which matched the internet price. Our price absolutely did not go up when you got here, it actually got better as we did offer you a discount lower than the very aggressive internet price. Your counter offer of $3,000 less than the internet price was not acceptable as it represented a large loss. I would be more than happy to invite you in to clarify how we came to the numbers we did to clear up any confusion.

Had some work done here and when I left I still heard the noise I heard before it was fixed I call and spoke with Chris and took the car back he made sure it was taken care of and I got my car back with no noises thanks Chris

Rescued from a desperate situation

Steffan Gambrell and a mechanic stayed over to rescue us when we left Michigan without our key fob. We were at a rest stop with no way to get into our car. We called 4 dealerships to no avail. They went above and beyond to help us and we are extremely grateful.

Love my Jetta

Went online and was instantly answered by a live person My salesmen William Henry was on top of everything we got to a price he was patient and I walked in drove the car altogether in and out within 30 minutes fastest most effective place to buy a car this was my first financing and I will most definitely be coming back as long as William keeps this up!
