Scheduled an appointment on the 14th of August and

Scheduled an appointment on the 14th of August and received a confirmation that day. The appointment was for the 24th. I received another confirmation on the 17th. I then received another confirmation on the 23rd, the day before. I show up an hour early on the 24th and am told they are booked up and rescheduled me for November 21st. Maybe take your vehicle to another Honda dealership.

Customer service dept are rude.

Rude people in the service dept. You can thank them for their time & barely get a nod. My last bmw went in for oil change & locked up a little while later. They would not accept any fault. They were impossible to work with.

These guys really went the extra mile to make sure the...

These guys really went the extra mile to make sure the used Honda Pilot I bought was in top shape before they sold it to me. They replaced the timing belt, water pump, windshield washer nozzle and turned the rotors to eliminate a shimmy that I couldn't detect when I test drove the vehicle. This vehicle runs like a new one with 171,000 miles on it. It was squeaky clean inside and out and for me a great vehicle at a reasonable price.

New BMW purchase - out of state

Great experience with very friendly staff. Aimee, Chance, Joe and Todd were awesome since I was coming from St. Louis to buy my M2 and trade in a car. Seamless and stress free transaction. Everything was as stated over the phone. No last minute changes or excuses. I would recommend to anyone. Probably will be my new go to dealer.

After calling and talking to the sales mgr, I drove 2...

After calling and talking to the sales mgr, I drove 2 hrs. to buy a used GMC. The vehicle was dirty with bug splatters all over it and 2,000 more miles than advertised.I did not see the sales mgr. he sent someone else to talk to us.They did not want to sell the GMC because their price was about $4,000 more than another one with more features. They would not listen to any offers that I wanted to make. They can keep all the vehicles as far as I am conserned.They were very rude to us so we left.

Excellent Customer Service!

I would definitely drive to from Illinois to Paducah to buy my next Honda. The customer service skills demonstrated by Corey & Matt are outstanding! Out of state buyer- I was taken care of like family. Aimee is sincerely a perfect example of a true professional. She answered all my questions, sent me many pictures, returned my many calls promply and was so very courteous as well as genuine. Her followup was 5 star PLUS. Chance and Joe helped to make a wonderful, smooth transaction. Sharon in the office is top notch, a pleasure to work with. Great staff- great teamwork. Very satisfied with my purchase and assistance. This was an online purchase- very highly recommend this dealership. Thanks ALL!

Won't be back

Would not recommend buying from here the 21 point inspection is a joke, mouse poop in the engine not vacuumed, dead battery and bad wipers and huge holes in the roof upholstery, won't be back.

2016 Acura

Purchased an Acura MDX today. We were well taken care of by Nick and the entire staff. Went the extra mile to ensure we knew and understood all the features. No pressure whatsoever. Kept the grandchildren happy thru the process. Did most of the preliminaries over the phone. It was well worth the 1 1/2hour drive. I’d recommend anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle to try them first!! Saves alot of time. Thanks again for making our transaction so smooth.
