Recently purchased a preowned Highlander at Watermark.

Recently purchased a preowned Highlander at Watermark. Day or so later saw it in the full sun and realized it was covered with drive through car wash beater brush scratches. Took it back to the dealer and they kept it overnight ,called us by 2:00 the next day to come get it. It looks like a brand new car, I mean it's perfect. No argument, no charge. I highly recomend this dealership!

Purchased a 2025 Ridgeline Trailsport to replace a 2025

Purchased a 2025 Ridgeline Trailsport to replace a 2025 Ridgeline RTL that was totaled in an accident about a month ago. This is the third Ridgeline I have Purchased from Watermark Honda. Joe Yamada was the salesman on each of these purchased. I was treat with respect and never get pressured into buying something I did not want. My wife also purchased two CRVs from Watermark. I am a loyal Honda fan. I highly recommend Watermark for you vehicle needs. Joy Yamada has been a great salesman and has become a good friend.

I bought a new 2020 Honda Civic from Watermark.

I bought a new 2020 Honda Civic from Watermark. Never had an issue. Then in Feb of this year the turbo went out on it and ruined the engine. It was still under warranty but they refused to honor it. They had my car for 4 months. I took it back today. I will NEVER buy from Watermark Honda again. They won’t stand by their vehicles or their warranties!!!

Not at all impressed with Bluegrass BMW.

Not at all impressed with Bluegrass BMW. Have purchased 3 cars there. The last new car I bought BMW 540i had been on the lot so long they had to change oil before delivery. They told me to drive it on vacation and when I got back they would fix dimple in dash and minor scratches. Up on return they said they would fix these things,but then said they would not recommend fixing scratches and dent. At the end of my three year maintenance agreement I was denied my third free oil change because I was in service one day over 3 years.

I was dreading buying a new car because the experience is typically so unpleasant. I was thrilled by how easy it was to buy from Watermark Honda and it was worth the 2.5 hour drive. They did exactly what they said they would, were completely transparent about every part of the process, and treated me with respect.

Scheduled an appointment on the 14th of August and

Scheduled an appointment on the 14th of August and received a confirmation that day. The appointment was for the 24th. I received another confirmation on the 17th. I then received another confirmation on the 23rd, the day before. I show up an hour early on the 24th and am told they are booked up and rescheduled me for November 21st. Maybe take your vehicle to another Honda dealership.

Customer service dept are rude.

Rude people in the service dept. You can thank them for their time & barely get a nod. My last bmw went in for oil change & locked up a little while later. They would not accept any fault. They were impossible to work with.

These guys really went the extra mile to make sure the...

These guys really went the extra mile to make sure the used Honda Pilot I bought was in top shape before they sold it to me. They replaced the timing belt, water pump, windshield washer nozzle and turned the rotors to eliminate a shimmy that I couldn't detect when I test drove the vehicle. This vehicle runs like a new one with 171,000 miles on it. It was squeaky clean inside and out and for me a great vehicle at a reasonable price.
