Hardin County Honda

Making the deal was easy, getting out the door was hard. I had check in hand, no in dealer financing, it took what seemed like forever to simply get them to take my money and let me get on with my purchase and day. Afterwards the dealership sat on the checks (one personal and the other from my credit union) for over ten days and still counting, I had to constantly monitor my checking account to make sure the amount did not drop below a certain amount so when the dealership finally got around to depositing it the funds would be sufficient, the credit union portion was its own issue, I was waiting, and waiting for the dealership to make the deposit so I could go to the credit union, sign the loan documents and set up my auto pay and, again, get on with my life . This should not have taken over ten days and counting to accomplish. Frustrated with this is putting it kindly. I will have this car paid off by spring and I was looking at buying another vehicle to replace my aging Ford Escape. Looks like it's back to Don Franklin Ford in Radcliff, I just don't think I have in in me to wait weeks to have someone actually take the money I am trying to give them.

Larry Cave was our salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle a Honda Pilot 2026 and was able to explain to us, an older couple, all the features and assisted with setting up the phones. We are extremely happy our new vehicle and the service.

We spent a good amount of time researching the vehicle. My daughter wanted before reaching out to several dealerships. The one that responded quickest and answered all of our questions was Dylan Cantrell. He was not pushy like some salesman. He answered our questions and left us alone to decide. Ultimately, we came back to Hardin County Honda and dealt directly with him. It was a simple process and we were able to get my daughter the vehicle she wanted. We have purchased from Hardin County in Honda before and have always had a very pleasant experience. If you are looking for a preowned or a new vehicle, definitely check out Dylan Cantrell!
