My 2011 Kia Sorento hit the point of unreliability and when I turned to Acura Columbus for help, they exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely kind and respectful and only worked toward educating me on my purchase and ensuring my understanding of all that was required.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this Acura dealership! I purchased a new Acura MDX, and every step of the process—from sales to finance to parts—was handled with true professionalism and care. Leul and Ryker in sales were amazing. They listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions with zero pressure, and helped me find the perfect MDX for my needs. They made the process feel easy and personal. Jon in finance was excellent—transparent, efficient, and clearly had my best interest in mind. He made sure I understood every detail and got a great deal. I also had a great interaction with Eric in the parts department. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and super helpful with finding the right accessories for my MDX. This team works together flawlessly, and they made buying my vehicle a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Leul, Ryker, Jon, and Eric if you’re in the market for a new Acura!

Their customer service is such a pleasure in this day and age! From the salesman, the greeter, the drivers to the service writers, I have always been treated with respect as a valued customer. I have been taking my car to Columbus Acura for almost 5 years and have always had my car repaired in a timely manner and right the first time. I highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with the staff at Columbus Acura. Tyler went out of his way to bring the car to us and go over it from head to toe and thoroughly explained each of the details. Once we cane to an agreement he had their finance guy get all the paperwork ready so u just had to stop in and sign making it super quick. Francesco is the person I initially started working with and he as well as the management staff were extremely attentive and responsive!

EXCELLENT Experience with Francesco Gregory and Ryan Ouzts. I purchased a CPO Acura RDX Advance A-Spec August 26, 2025. They made the buying process as painless as possible. I definitely recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for an Acura. I had visited a lot of other dealerships shopping for a specific vehicle for the past three months, and I will say "hands down" this was the best experience that I had from making the initial appointment, to the test drive, to the buying process. Moreover, after researching the area Acura market I will say that not only was the dealership's pricing competitive, but also, they were willing to work with me during the negotiation process. In preparation for my visit I researched several Ohio car dealerships via Dealer rater and read all reviews. To look at a specific vehicle, I drove about two hours to Acura Columbus. I was actually headed to a competing Acura dealer to look at another vehicle but I stopped here first because it was on the way; they had a vehicle I was interested in in stock; and because of all of the five star ratings of Columbus Acura. When I set up my initial appointment, Francesco was open and honest disclosing a shortcoming/defect with the vehicle that I was coming to look at (sunroof seal covered under warranty) but I really appreciate this heads up as I was coming in from out of town, and it is never a good impression to arrive at a dealership and be surprised by an undisclosed issue when you are considering buying a used vehicle. I had several "bait and switch" experiences at other dealerships during my shopping journey but not with Columbus Acura which definitely boosted my decision to purchase here. Francesco was professional, personable, knowledgeable and assisted with making a very large purchase a lot less stressful. During the test drive, Francesco explained a lot of the nuances and features of a very technologically complex infotainment system on the RDX as well as demonstrated many of the button functionalities. During negotiation, Francesco was transparent in sharing a market analysis of all other similar vehicles in the area available for sale to reinforce Columbus Acura's pricing. Ryan was very informative explaining additional coverages and options available during the sales process. During the buying process, I didn't feel pressured at all by anyone at the dealership The dealership property itself is beautiful and has a great inventory of well equipped vehicles. Finally, the dealership's vehicle detailers did an excellent job of preparing the vehicle for the test drive and even "touching it up" again prior to delivery following the purchase, which I really appreciated.
