I keep calling about my vehicle that is supposed to be fixed under warranty through the dealer I bought it through. This place has had my vehicle for a month. I am still waiting to find out if it will ve fixed. I have no other vehicle. I am tired of the run around and just want my car back.

My lease was up .
My lease was up . I was told to bring the car to the dealership before my expiration date which I did. They specifically stated I didn't need 3rd party inspection because they had just inspected the car when I was going to re-lease an Infinity. Everything was great until I decided to lease a different brand. I received an invoice for damage that was not on my car when I turned it in. Dealership didn't help. Infinity financial didn't have proof / pictures/ report of damage. No one could prove the damage but if I didn't pay- I would be turned into collections. Found lack of assistance, concern, lack of return calls , lack of professionalism from the dealership. Service department was always helpful. Sales staff and management are the worse. Worse experience of any end of lease and will not be leasing an Infinity in the future from this dealership.

Flew in met Radu my sales person which delivered the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was their less than 2hrs and out the door on the road home.If they have what I want I will fly in from omaha again.

The Service Department staff at Infiniti of Dublin are exceptional. They listen well to your concerns, follow-up with you, and do the best job of any auto service department in Columbus, OH. My car was returned to looking better than when I arrived after being washed. I scheduled my next appointment!
