It’s a very ling story and I will keep it for myself because I personally know one of the employees from this dealership. So I don’t be a sick toward him... even though I’m pretty much unhappy with their overpriced service.
My wife and i bought a used nissan murano from the dublin, oh location and while the buying process was completed without hitch and nicely....the servicing... of car for warranty work ( the warranty was purchased through the dealership) for 2 issues in last 2 yrs has been nothing but a ridiculous fiasco headed by service manager andy (last name unknown). Both times car was scheduled for an appt and they were unable to get to it and i was told theyd get to it in morning and both times i had to call and force them to even get around to looking at car the next day. What is point of scheduling appt if you cannot even come close to honoring it? Total lack of coordination and professionlism.

During the week of August 19, I called the scheduling department to have my car picked up and taken to the dealership for a brake and a battery inspection... on September 4. I spoke to an amazing young lady named Shantel. I was so impressed by her. She was polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. It was refreshing to speak with her, and she is an asset to the company.
Sales staff provided me with miss leading information about wear and excess use allowance. Called and left several messages for a finance manager and... the dealership manager. No one has returned my calls.
I emailed Infiniti about the status of a vehicle listed on cars.com; I received 3 emails over 2 days by everyone and their manager asking what they can... do for me. I wrote back several days later to 2 of them and have heard -ZERO- from them. That's pretty bad, since I'm certain the entire buying-a-car experience is based on customer service.
Was made fun by a sales man under his breath. Other sales men refused to greet me on the way out. I felt terrible after making a huge life decision and... I still don’t understand why because I gave them my 8 year savings.
Stay away from this place. Not professional. Will not negotiate off prices at all. And on top of that, their sales manager Mike Elsworth actually personally... insulted us shouting out of his office into the showroom. Upper management didnt seem to car either. Just bad business. Stay clear. You have other choices.
Finance Mgr Melissa has not returned my call regarding refund status that was requested 4mths ago. She keeps promising I’m tops to get handled but I never... ever get the call back I’m promised.
I purchased my new vehicle from here and from the salesman to the GM to the finance manager they were top notch! Very impressed and excited that I found... them with the help of cars.com. Best buying experience I've had!
