Absolutely unacceptable service!

Absolutely unacceptable service! I would give zero stars if I could! I have a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD with just 10,000 miles on it that I brought into John Hinderer Honda for service this week. I had to wait over two hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car back, there were greasy fingerprints all over the driver's door panel, steering wheel, screen, seat controls, and hood release. There were also fingerprints on the exterior mirrors and hood. I opened the engine bay, and oil was spilled all over the engine cover. I was able to remove the oil from all the surfaces except for the engine cover, which is now stained. I will not be bringing either of my Hondas back to this establishment. I will, from now on, be going to Roush Honda in Westerville, who actually cares about their clients.

We had an appointment on 1/31/2025 at 11:30 am for an oil

We had an appointment on 1/31/2025 at 11:30 am for an oil change and tire rotation. We were told that day was wide open for service. We had a 3 hour wait after arriving at 11:25 and leaving at 2:30 pm. At previous appointments we never had to wait more than an hour or so. Luckily we had no other obligations for that day !!

Worst experience I have ever had not only with a car

Worst experience I have ever had not only with a car dealership but with ANY business. Made promises that I have in writing that they did not follow through on. This is due to a mistake on their end. Even spoke with the manager before making the second trip there, which is 2 hours round trip. Only to get there for the second time and be told they could not hold up in the agreement the manager himself had made. This is after I asked him 3 times the prior day to check the financials because something didn’t add up. He assured me it was accurate. However, after losing half a day of work I was again meet with poor service as I was told they had made an error and the calculations were not accurate on their end.

Drove 1hr to get there 11-3-2024 had appointment to look

Drove 1hr to get there 11-3-2024 had appointment to look at crv waited 40 minutes and sale girl said she can't find the key to it wow this place is a joke and no one would help her find the key never seen this before at any car dealership lazy xxx people work the to bad they lost a sale never go there again!!!!!!
