I’ve been coming back to a Roush Honda for regular maintenance in the past 7 years and recently visited again for the same reason and experienced irreversible... incident. On January 24, 2020, I received a call from the service, saying that the service technician found that the brake pad thickness has reduced to 2.5mm and needed to be replaced and the cost was $371.95. It was out of my budget, so I declined the repair offer. Then I found that Honda Dealer in Marysville was running the brake special service and the cost was less than $250, so I brought my car for the brake pad replacement. Only less than 1 hour after I’ve left there, they called me and asked me “why did you think the pad needed to be replaced??” They said the pad thickness was gauged at 6mm!!! It did not need to be replaced at all!! I was devastated and called Roush Honda. One of the service managers reached the technician who had diagnosed my car and said “I’m sorry, it was just a mistake.” If it’s just 0.5 or 1mm difference, I would have understood, but 2.5 and 6mm is a big difference and I don’t believe the EXPERT technician could misread the measurement!! The manager didn’t even explain the recurrence prevention possibility, so I’m sure the technician would make the same mistakes again and again, and take advantage of someone like me who doesn’t seem to understand anything about car mechanics. I’m deeply disappointment and I would not intend to comeback to Roush Honda to encounter another distrust. I was planning to replace my old Fit, but I certainly would go to Marysville to buy a new car.
Very personable and no pressure experience. Salesman was kind and helpful with great knowledge of the product and his dealership. Pricing was upfront and... competitive.
Our buying experience was very pleasant. They were willing to work with us on the selling price and trade-in value of our car.
After spending 2-3 weeks with another local Honda dealer, I finally came to my senses and started emailing other local Honda dealers. I had done enough... research to know what numbers I was looking for in a deal. I emailed Roush to ask if they could meet what I was looking for. They replied and said yes. I went in and they had everything ready. Worked with Ben Snell, who was friendly and professional. A few of the numbers changed based on our trade, but overall it was the deal they had promised.
Roush Honda was very patient with us as we test drove a few Honda CR-Vs. Can't recommend them enough, they made the whole process very straightforward... and simple. Would absolutely return when we need another used Honda.

All I can say is WOW! Jan was professional, kind and all around great at her job from the minute she emailed my husband all the way to showing us all the... features to our new car. If you want someone that will not treat you like a number but instead a person with a name Rousch and Jan are the way to go!

We had been dealing with a lot of dealerships while trying to find a car. It was refreshing to walk into a dealership and not have anyone pressure you... for anything. Both Jeff and Rodney were very friendly, relatable, and behaved like real people vs just salesmen. When I brought up something that might be an issue, the answer was "we'll figure it out" and we did. We knew mostly what car we wanted and while were was another in the lot that was very similar, they didn't ry to pressure us toward the one that was outside of our price range. Rodney made sure that the car was delivered in great shape and that any and all questions that we had were answered. We felt there was nothing more we could have asked for in our experience. We are leasing a new 2019 CR-V from Roush Honda. The dealership was easy to work with. Jan, our sales person, did a great job finding the right vehicle... for us. As with any car purchase/lease experience, ask questions and make sure you are comfortable with the terms. Roush was transparent about the process and there were no surprises along the way.

I had a great experience buying my first Honda from Roush. I had the pleasure of working with Jim and Seth, and they made the whole process very easy.... Jim made sure to give me all of the information I needed about the car/car features and financing and he gave me plenty of time to make my decision instead of pressuring me to get it done the same day. Seth was very patient with answering my questions and was very straight forward with what would benefit me most, not trying to sell me something I didn't need. Jim and Seth really went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Roush Honda if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
