We worked with Wayman on buyers on Hamilton Road.

We worked with Wayman on buyers on Hamilton Road. Wayman was fantastic. Stayed after hours just to make us feel comfortable and to talk through the purchase. Wayman was personable, delightful, knowledgeable, excited about his job and showed enthusiasm on our interest and purchase detail details. We would buy from Waymen again.

I realize this is a used truck and by definition won’t be on prime condition. And shame on me for not doing a better check!! But this vehicle could not have passed any inspection that might have been done. Here is a list I found so far; running lights do not work. Fog lights do not work. You must depress the key fob to enter I knew the driver side mirror was lose I tried to reset it it per the owners manual did not work the defogger on this mirror does not work. I knew the drivers side running board was lose but did not see the crimp in it. Because of this it sits a little too close to the door opening sometimes causing foot to slip. Cargo light just randomly come on tailgate must be pushed in to open, not only does it not have a spare tire but there is no apparent winch for the tire. Now again, I know it’s used but cmon!! I hope no more problems are gonna show up. If there was any way I’d like to trade back but I don’t suppose that’s gonna happen.

Just bought a Grand Cherokee L from Byers CJDR.

Just bought a Grand Cherokee L from Byers CJDR. Steven Black did a nice job of showing us the car and it’s features, focusing on us and the car without repeatedly asking us if we were going to buy it today. Richard Jackson was equally pleasant to work with in the Finance Department. I felt like they were helping me rather than “selling” me. This is my third purchase from three different Byers dealerships in the last 10 years. Every experience has been really good, though this purchase was especially good. About 2 hours from handshake to handshake.
