I brought my BMW in for its first service visit.

I brought my BMW in for its first service visit. First class all the way. Very professional. Lots of communication before, during, and after. They have a wonderful shuttle service that took us to the mall for a few hours and then brought us back. I even received a video from the technician updating me while they worked on it. Matthew kept in touch with me the entire time, and even checked in a couple days later. So nice working with an establishment that is so professional and is so good at what they do.

Connecting me to my dream car

Working with Miss Dezirae Burns, Eric and and the Kelly BMW Team was an absolute pleasure! Dezirae was extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a dedicated professional who knows the car business inside and out. The best part – Dezirae always shared a smile and remained in touch with me throughout the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend if you are looking for a used or new BMW to ask for Dezirae.

Our service representative, Mark is fabulous.

Mark is a fabulous service representative. Always goes the extra mile. I was not overly thrilled with my car but he certainly has one it’s over with the level of service- and I was very tough to win over! Thank you so much Mark. He always goes over and above to make sure everything is working properly, doesn’t try to slam us in to things and is a great representative of Kelly BMW.

If you need to have your BMW repaired or serviced in the Columbus, OH area, you should definitely go to Kelly BMW! I highly recommend Service Advisor: Matt Hatcher. I have an older BMW that needed significant repair and their technicians provided me with a video of their evaluation "under the hood" as well as a detailed listing of what needed to be done and items recommended but optional. I could not be happier with their customer service, speed of service and going above and beyond to treat me as though I had purchased my BMW from Kelly. When I decided to buy a new BMW, I will definitely buy from Kelly!

Eric Robare is very unprofessional

Eric Robare - the sales manager - harassed me via email because I wouldn’t pay $800 /month for a BMW 5 series lease. He kept sending me emails about why I would pay $500/month with another dealer instead of $800 with him. Not a very good way to sell a car. Very unprofessional. He sent me many emails mocking and harassing me. Stay away.

Amazing Experience Purchasing My First BMW!!

My husband and I just purchased our first BMW today. We got a Certified Used X1 and absolutely LOVE it! It’s super sharp and wow is it ever fun to drive!! John Zimmerman was my salesman, and he made this experience the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! He went above and beyond and was very patient with all my questions from financing to all the bells and whistles on my new ride! He even got a special gift (a cute BMW Teddy Bear) for our 3 month old daughter! Special shout out to Lindsay Ferrell in finance as well! I’ve had a few bad experiences in finance offices when buying cars where the person was intimidating or rude. So going into the finance office always make me cringe. Lindsay made it fun and was very personable and so sweet! I felt like I was buying a car from a friend or family member as she treated me as such. Definitely fun to work with and I hope on my next purchase, I get to see her again! Thank you John & Lindsay for making the purchase of our first BMW so enjoyable! I know we are going to love our X1!
