Well i think it a good dealer ship and tooj a car in to

Well i think it a good dealer ship and tooj a car in to get looked they fix it but did not put all the parts back on the car so it missing parts and i looked at what they did too the car and you taped two wires too two wires and charged me all most 600 dollars so i could have done that and saved 500 dollars and wound have put all the parts back on too

I have tried to purchase a vehicle from them for 48 hours

I have tried to purchase a vehicle from them for 48 hours now. I have cash in hand and talked to them about coming in. I have an hour drive and all I asked was to confirm the vehicle is still there and I would give them a deposit to hold it. They keep giving me the run around. WTH!!! Do you want to sell me a vehicle or not??? Now I find out they had someone come in last night (12 hours after I talked to them) to see it and are working on a deal with them. WTHYdid you not get back with me in a timely fashion??? This dealership is truly awful. The sales team there has NO idea what they are doing. STAY AWAY!!!!

I have used this dealer for many many years. Amazing service from beginning to end. I deal with Pat Furlong and he is outstanding! Through the years he has gone above and beyond to make me feel like a part of his family. No words could express how thankful I am to have all of his help.

We have been getting our cars from this dealership for over 40 years. It is a top notch dealership. We have had the same salesman, Scott Lance, for at least 6 (maybe 8) of our last vehicles. He and the dealership has always made the process soooo easy and pleasant. Can't imagine ever looking anywhere else. Thank you, Baumann Auto Group.....love you and my 2024 Equinox!!

They are a horrible company that rips off their customers

They are a horrible company that rips off their customers with overpricing and stating their hourly rate is $50 more than average, went in for specific things and they found multiple other items, stay away from them!
