Horrible experience dealing with the the warranty company. We spent over $3,000 on a warranty that wouldn’t cover the repair bill based on the verbiage of the claim. My truck was repaired, Fidelity called it an adjustment. Claim denied… I was fortunate enough to have the service manager reach out to a ln additional contact, and the claim was accepted. I appreciate the extra steps taken for customer satisfaction…

Baumann won’t be beat is a terrible slogan.
Baumann won’t be beat is a terrible slogan. It should be, Baumann won’t honor the warranty they sell. Horrible experience dealing with the service department and the warranty company. We spent over $3,000 on a warranty that wouldn’t cover the repair bill based on the verbiage of the claim. My truck was repaired, Fidelity called it an adjustment. Claim denied… … I will never buy another vehicle for Baumann or their “warranty” with the car.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change.
I called to make an appointment for an oil change. The new AI appointment program was a miserable experience. I kept getting disconnected by the system. It took 3-4 return calls to finally after 25 minutes time to make the appointment. The program also kept asking me if I was intertested in having my car appraised to have Baumann buy it back! Ater being asked 5 times it seemed to understand the anwser was NO. I may not return there for service as it was too much of a hassle to get a simple appointment for an oil change.

Well i think it a good dealer ship and tooj a car in to get looked they fix it but did not put all the parts back on the car so it missing parts and i looked at what they did too the car and you taped two wires too two wires and charged me all most 600 dollars so i could have done that and saved 500 dollars and wound have put all the parts back on too

I have tried to purchase a vehicle from them for 48 hours
I have tried to purchase a vehicle from them for 48 hours now. I have cash in hand and talked to them about coming in. I have an hour drive and all I asked was to confirm the vehicle is still there and I would give them a deposit to hold it. They keep giving me the run around. WTH!!! Do you want to sell me a vehicle or not??? Now I find out they had someone come in last night (12 hours after I talked to them) to see it and are working on a deal with them. WTHYdid you not get back with me in a timely fashion??? This dealership is truly awful. The sales team there has NO idea what they are doing. STAY AWAY!!!!
