Showed up at the service department with no notice and without an appointment. The service team got me in and out in under an hour.

Scheduling was convenient. The service was excellent. You guys didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I arrived early and the staff was courteous. Our car was done and I was on with the rest of my day in a very timely manner. Thank you.

Matt was very responsive, better than the 4 other salesman I was working with in Michigan. Matt was able to find my car in a relatively short period of time. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. That's why I drove almost 2 hours from Michigan to buy my 2019 RAV4 XLE-PREMIUM. His knowledge of the car was by far the best of anyone I've ever worked with. I'm 73 years old & have purchased many cars over my lifetime & have never before filled out a survey but Matt deserves it for all the extra effort he put in. He even took calls & texts after hours. Greg had the inspection completed very promptly and explained the condition of my tires (they will need replacement soon). He stated that you run a sale in the spring. Please have him notify me when that sale starts.

A scheduled oil change took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I called and made the appointment to have this work done. I'm no mechanic, but the amount of time seems excessive to me. Then the service personnel tells me to give them top ratings, only top ratings count on the review. If I'm going to give a fair and honest review, I should be encouraged to be honest. IDK, seems a bit shady to me.
