I had to have my car started by AAA because the battery

I had to have my car started by AAA because the battery failed. I called right away to see if I could bring it in to have a new one installed, drove it there while it was still running, was served immediately, and drove out with a new battery plus tires filled with the proper pressure. Quick and polite service!!

I do not care with not getting a manual anymore.

I do not care with not getting a manual anymore. And the descriptions on the window sticker are misleading with not getting a book showing options.

Nice being able to drive into service bay.

Nice being able to drive into service bay. Greeted as exited vehicle. All I had to do was hand over the keys. Had a good discussion with parts department about Ford hard top and they even printed me out info. They also tried to help me with new tire decision. Takes about an hour.

Always friendly and responsive to my requests. We are longtime customers of Liberty Vermilion and there is a reason for that! They are small enough for personal service and large enough to take care of any requests. We bought out my lease, and I had some special requests for the purchase. They went above and beyond to satisfy me.

Every aspect of my recent experience at Liberty Ford getting my Lincoln serviced was friendly and satisfying. The staff there is gracious and accommodating, the facilities are comfortable, clean, and attractive, and whether I choose to wait on promises or need a lift home, they are always obliging and friendly. I wouldn?t consider buying or having a vehicle serviced anywhere else. Very satisfied!

The most annoying thing customers can not stand is the

The most annoying thing customers can not stand is the countless hours spent on the purchase of their new vehicle. Liberty Ford is not one of those dealerships. You can make arrangements wether by emailing or simply calling or texting your salesman. This makes them annoying hours go away. I was in an out in less than 2 hours. The staff are top notch, honest and experienced individuals that know exactly what they need to do. This is the place to go if you want to avoid them countless hours because we all know that is a big deal for the most of us. They got you...trust me
