Experience was actually with the Leikin Volvo side of the

Experience was actually with the Leikin Volvo side of the building, and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the level of service, the professionalism and the friendliness of all the staff. We were out of town buyers that drove a long way to get there, and when we did our eventual CPO XC90 was sitting all cleaned up, very presentable and exactly as described. After hours of research looking for our best value and vehicle choice, we felt like we have gotten a very fair deal for a wonderful CPO vehicle, which Volvo offers a second to none, CPO Warranty with 5yrs and Unlimited Mileage and extendable up to 10yrs, also with Unlimited Mileage. Fairly quick closing and delivery process, great value, friendly service, proper presentation and description, and great value for an out of town purchase with NO Hidden Fees. Wonderful Experience with Bob and Ty.... Thank you immensely!!!

I bought a 2021 XC60 CPO it was a box of crap with a bow

I bought a 2021 XC60 CPO it was a box of crap with a bow around it. Gave them a cherry trade in and lost 5 grand in the deal. The service manager was incompetent, the manager took the side of the service manager over the customer, wrong move. After 2 problems that went un-repaired the car developed 2 more problems. I traded it in after 2 months. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me, yes I had problems with this dealership in 2009. I would not buy a lawnmower from these jokers.

We recently purchased a GLE 350 from this dealership. It was the best new car buying experience that we have ever had. Kevin Conant was absolutely the greatest! He listened, he researched and he delivered with no hassle on his first attempt. There was no need for negotiation. We absolutely enjoyed the entire process to include the document signing. This is the best review I have ever given to a salesperson and dealership!!! Highly recommend you contact Kevin if you’re interested in a new Benz!
