They were short service technicians it took 2 1/2 hours to complete which normally take 30 to 45 minutes the service people were very nice even though it was very busy with alot of people waiting

I have a 2024 Chevy Trax that needed to be towed due to a
I have a 2024 Chevy Trax that needed to be towed due to a faulty battery. The dealership was backed up for at least 9 days, which meant I wasn?t able to even get a rental. I stressed to Paul that I didn?t have any other transportation or a way to get to work! I was stressed out! However, Paul wax very understanding and was able to calm my fears of not being able to get to work. He did all he could and my car was fixed the next day and I was able to drive it home. Thank you Paul for your patience and understanding! Paul gets 10/5 stars!!!!
