This is a wonderful dealership!

This is a wonderful dealership! The people are friendly, competent and eager to meet your needs. My transaction was handled professionally and quickly. I was told what to expect every step of the way. My sales rep was interested to know what I was looking for in a used vehicle. Then he and the sales manager took time to provide a high-quality experience for my test drive and purchasing process. I love my vehicle and recommend the dealership to anyone who needs a quality, carefully inspected used vehicle.

Not truthful about anything.

Not truthful about anything. Doesn't return phone calls. Never got the gas voucher they promised. Pick who they want to ring their bell after a purchase. Wish I could give them back their car because it stinks.

I asked that my car be detailed because of a foul smell. James came and picked my car up 2 times and, it still never got detailed. All I asked was that my car seats and carpet be cleaned and it still has not happened. The flyer I received in mail about the gas voucher was promised to me for the entire $250, in a couple of weeks after the deal but, still haven't received it. Being a female should make women aware to take a man along with you when buying a vehicle. This is customer service at it's worse.

This place is amazing!

This place is amazing! When you sre dealing with them you are dealing with people caring for people, no just another sales person! They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend this place to friends and coworkers.

I would love love to thank my good friend Demetrius Cromity aka Meech the biggest thank you for helping me with the whole process of purchasing my new vehicle he is definitely the Car King for sure. He made the whole process very smooth not other dealers do that. I love my new car it has everything in there that I have always wanted.

Explorer

Went in for a certain car, then ended up not having it. Have me other options but was set on a particular car and color. Ended up seeing one I wanted but still had to haggle and that was not my intention when I arrived as I stated to salesman. However, once price was agreed upon, the rest went seamless!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MORALS!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MORALS!!!! I was helping my elderly parents purchase a specific vehicle from this dealership. So we made an appointment (like we're supposed) to come and purchase the vehicle. I even offered to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle and they said they don't do that anymore. My parents haven't purchased a new vehicle in over 22 years so this is a BIG deal to us! We both drove over an hour away to meet at the dealership for our appointment. I even confirmed that the vehicle was there and available before we left! The answer was yes we even pulled it out front for you. My mom was so excited! We get to the dealership on time for our appointment only to be told to wait in the lobby. We waited for OVER and HOUR with no answers. Only to finally be told that the vehicle was sold out from under us. SHAME ON YOU! No remorse from the employees or GM other than "sorry, we messed up"... What else would they do to sell cars? I will never think about doing business with this dealer.
