Myself and others made online appointments for oil changes. That was because no one would pick up the service phone. Showing up for our appointment there... was much confusion and quite a delay on both dropping off the car and picking up the car. Lots of folks sitting around on their phones, Etc. Next time we're going to Valvoline oil change.

We drove for an hour to look at a used Expedition we saw on line on a Friday afternoon. Went home a few hours later with a new to us vehicle! Everyone... we met at the dealership was friendly and professional! Serg was our salesman that helped us out. He is very personable, friendly, and treats people like he likes to be treated. We really appreciate that! You can also tell he is very knowledgeable too! Also stayed late to help “walk us through” the vehicle. Overall, our experience was definitely worth it and would recommend both Serg and the dealership!!!

I had filed bankruptcy due to a “lemon” I purchased from another dealership. I incurred many problems. Other lenders claimed they could help, only to... find out they did not. I received a mailer from Nick Mayer Ford and phoned them, this was the start of my life turning around and my luck changing! The best phone call I made! I met with Dan McCaulley, Special Interest Sales Consultant. Dan took all my information and starting working on getting me financed immediately. There were problems in my report but Dan, along with Rick Gamiere, Special Finance Director, were able to sort thru and find the problem, all within my time there. Dan and Rick worked hard on this and were able to get me financed and I drove home with my car! I love it! It took time but the end result was unbelievable! Dan and Rick are Professional, Honest and above all Caring individuals. They especially, and the Nick Mayer Ford Team are something Special and I made the right decision for sure! A huge THANK YOU and appreciation to Dan and Rick! I recommend them to anyone trying to get back on your feet, you won’t be disappointed in any way. They treated me so very kind and are do respectful, they took away my “bad luck” and turned it into a positive one! Thank You Dan and Rick, bless you for all you did for me! I highly recommend!

Online personnel were helpful but when I spoke with a sales person he seemed disinterested in speaking with me. He took down all my information and said... he would get back with me either later that day or Monday at the latest. Never heard from him. Later in the week I left a message that was not returned. Purchased a vehicle from another dealer.

STAY AWAY I purchased a 2018 F350 Platinum truck (sticker price $82,000) from Dave Massucci of Nick Mayer Ford back in June 2018. I had service done a... couple months later which included a tire rotation. The service tech scratched every rim by using a pry bar to pry off the wheel center caps. This caused the clear on the rims to scratch down to the aluminum. Fast Forward to today. Nick Mayer COO Chad Mayer reached out to me and stated they can repair the rims (no longer a factory finish which will not be as durable) or switch out the rims with a brand new truck on the lot (so they are admitting that they are putting used parts on brand new $80,000 pickup trucks and selling that vehicle as new). He then suggested taking my business elsewhere. Sounds convenient after they sold me a new truck and already took my money. I would stay away from Nick Mayer Ford as it is clear that once they damage your vehicle and receive your money, you mean nothing to them.
Went in Sat. 27th to buy 2017 van...sales rep and mgr. never got back me... today is Nov. 4th, still no call..I'll take my bus. to Liberty Ford.

I originally went in to buy a new car. I actually left with a used car, it was fully loaded and had LOW miles! A few small hiccups (which is normal when... buying a car) but Overall Mark Medina and staff were very helpful and had much patience with me and my decision!
Reported sunroof problem. Had only had the car less than 3 months. Sun roof would not close properly. Called to repair ,it took a week to get my car in... for repair. The service center knew about problem because I had driven my car to the shop to let them see the problem. Took my car in 7/9/18 at 8am. Had to call and inquire about car. Didn't receive a call from Dealership that they had to order the part. I feel that with a week or more notice the part for my Escape should have been there. Had to wait two days for repair still no car. Very poor service.
