I so appreciate the staff at Nick Meyer Ford! They were very courteous, conscientious, knowledgeable and made me and my husband feel most comfortable from the very moment we stepped into the dealership. And our sales rep Nick went to the extreme to make sure that this experience was thorough yet not time-consuming and was there with us every step of the way my husband is a retired Ford employee and this was my first time purchasing a brand new Ford…… The highest stars that you could give in ratings as far as customer service was concerned

We found out about Nick Mayer by doing an Autotrader search for new vehicles matching a very specific build. We had a match with the dealer and messaged them to inquire about availability. Communication back was very prompt. Although the dealer no longer had the vehicle in stock, they were able to locate another one with the same build and offer it at a very fair price. We are appreciative of the way they handled this transaction and I would recommend that if you are in our position, and have a new Ford vehicle in mind with a particular build, give them a call and see what they can do. 5 Star sales experience.
