Had nothing but problems with this dealership. Service department treats customers like idiots. Mike in service dept spreads a toxic culture and needs
to go. Had problems with my vehicle for 2 years that were not handled correctly. Called North Olmsted dodge and they were able to get me in but said I would have to wait because they are getting all of Spitzer Dodge's customers too. If they can't fix the service dept this dealership needs to be closed down because when my lease is up I won't be back.

Service at this dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had!!!! They have held my vehicle for more than 6 weeks without any real explanat
ion. They don't answer the phone. They don't have voice mail for messages or their to full to leave a message. I have constantly gotten the run around. If you need your car back right away, DO NOT TAKE IT TO SPITZER ON BROOKPARK ROAD. They SUCK!!!!!!
