I purchased a new jeep from them back in February, which was a great time to but a car due to the car show and promotions. The sales guy wasn't knowledgeable... at all, all he really seems to know was the make of the car and the color of the car. Luckily I was doing research in terms of what car I wanted, so I purchased what I wanted. I got a great deal mostly because of great credit score that made my interest lower. He didn't earn the sale I sold myself. Oh after the sale that forced me to give them 5's on the surveys so they can get paid (well that's what they told me). After a few months when when a few things needed service, I went back and that was my biggest mistake. The service manager TJ is so incompetent and lacks honesty. That man shouldn't be face of your service department. He would throw his team members under the bus than take responsibility, he's just awful. When I went to take my car in they couldn't find my appointment and didn't my loaner that I request 3 weeks before so I could get to work. When he did find my appointment he said I didn't ask for a loaner and proceeded to place the blame on the lady that made my appointment. Then he took a 30 second look at my car and said nothing was wrong even though I showed him and that's not how it came when I got, he didn't care. He told me to take pictures of the issue and he'll send it up, when the issue continued I took about 20 pictures, I returned for his number sent all the photos to him. He didn't respond and I haven't had contact with him since. I'll conclude by saying this, this was my first Jeep and possibly my last due to the treatment and service I received from this dealership. I'll just stick with the German and Japanese cars because I know i'll get my money worth and they'll respect me and business. I am 26 and had 6 cars so I've been around the block with cars and services and I'll never recommend this dealer to anyone!
Got passed thru 3 different salesman! Was told several times we could get the car we want for $340/month. drove an hour to be told oh sorry it’s really... $704/month!!!! BAIT and SWITCH

Got a new 2018 dodge journey gt lease and four d damage the next day in the rear seat brought it in and they said they cant do anything. Contacted several... people with no help. Now 2000 miles in no seat repaired and now in shop for awd service light, traction control and abs service light. Each employee here is horribly rude terrible customer service cant wait for lease to be over so I can stay far away from this place.
Both times that I’ve been there they were rude not professional spoke to my boyfriend and I asked if we were best friends and that we respect they showed... concern but then the second time I was there for the same thing the first time I do not like the customer service and had a delay for an a pointman and speak to the customer as if we don’t deserve on my own or I would not Would never recommend this to anyone deafly would not go back again to buy a car from the state or any Spitzer

This was the worst buying experience I think I've ever had almost a month waiting on the title every time I brought them paperwork they said it was the... wrong paperwork or not enough they set my trade-in to wholesale but yet don't have a title for it because they say I can't get a title for it. So I've been waiting for them to figure that out a while just kind of borrowing this truck because I can't register it
I worked with Adib when I bought my Grand Cherokee. From start to finish it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It helps that the vehicle... is amazing but the process was so easy that I can't imagine buying anywhere else. Granted I think the car buying experience is what you make it, but I went to several dealerships to test drive other vehicles and I dreaded every second. Adib was so relaxed that it made me relaxed. The paperwork was quick and easy and they weren't aggressive with me in any way. It was so nice to feel that they respected me and my time. It has been several months since I bought the car and they have followed up with me about the Jeep and performed routine maintenance. I couldn't be more impressed.

My salesman was amazing and friendly. No pressure showed me 3 cars. Loved 3rd car cake back next day to buy. Told I could stop by dealer and they would... help me out with a couple issues with vehicle. However, after I signed papers salesman wouldn't help me and just kept repeating that I have to make an appt with service dept. For something as simple as removing bolts that hold license plate (tightened down with screw gun).

Hi folks, my name is Tom Kytzu and I would like to share with you my experience with Spitzer Jeep service department. I have leased a Jeep Patriot in 2015.... Then, 5,000 miles later I went for the first oil change , they said it is by appointment only, so I scheduled on appointment and I went back couple of days later. After I dropped the key I took a seat in the waiting room making phone calls. After a half on hour or so I ask Gregory ( the front desk assistant ) if my car is ready and he told me the person in charge with the oil change did not show up for work. REALY ?! For the second oil change I called for on appointment at the phone number I had on the paperwork they gave me after first oil change 440-229-1305. I arrived to my oil change on time but Gregory said I don't have one. I showed Gregory the phone number I called to schedule the appointment. Then a customer service representative; Mary (the best they have over there ) told Gregory this is Mitch's phone number. Only then did Gregory accept my appointment. During the winter time I had problem with the fab that starts the engine when it's very cold. I brought the car twice but Anthony ( front desk ) said they don't have any problems starting the car. I decided the take the car one more time, and this time I talked with Mary. She scheduled an appointment in a very cold day. Mary called me the next day and told me; yes there is a problem and they are going to fix it. Couple days later I picked up my car but the problem was still the same. I brought the car in one more time. I came in a week later to pick up my car and there was scratch on the passengers side AND the car still didn't start with the fab. I showed Mary the scratch and she called her supervisor. He said he will call me. He never called. On the paper work I received is a sticker that said : IMPORTANT you may receive on email from Chrysler in the next few weeks. If for any reason you cannot give us “very satisfied “ please contact our Service Director Mitch Mincey . I did call, I left a message, nobody called me back. On Thursday March 16, 2017 around 2:00 P.M. I stopped in for a car wash, it was a pretty decent line so I decided to stay. I had four cars ahead of mine. There was a person with a white SUV that was in front of the entrance. This customer had began arguing with the Spitzer worker in charge of the car wash who was trying to cut the line in front of him. The Spitzer employee decided to leave the car on the side and left. This employee come back with another car and parked somewhere at the end of the line. By that time I was in front of the car wash entrance. The Spitzer employee came to my car window and asked me if he can go first to wash the car. I said no because in my opinion he should have asked the person behind me not to go forward. He went inside, and minutes later Anthony (employee) come to my car window pointing his finger at my face, telling me that is the last time I was welcome there because they do not tolerate their employees being cursed at by costumers (I did not curse at anyone). I told him this is not the truth and I want to talk with the manager. Anthony replied the manager is not there. I do have my own business and I know it is not easy to work with people but I'm always polite and I never ever DISRESPCT or HUMILIATED them. I had a very sad experience folks .
