I have purchased only Honda vehicles in my lifetime in
I have purchased only Honda vehicles in my lifetime in 1992, 2001, 2009, 2014, and 2021. I reported a problem to the service department (this should be well documented in the vehicle history notes) while my current vehicle was under warranty and was ignored/dismissed. The mechanic simply turned the car's wheel in front of me and said it did not make a noise. I don't think the vehicle was taken for a test drive, and I was not told that I could purchase a suspension evaluation to get a diagnosis. Now my car is just out of warranty, and I am told it needs $4,000 in repairs due to a binding steering rack. I opened a complaint with Honda corporate. If Honda does not make this right, I will sell my car and never buy a Honda again. On a positive note, service advisor Ty is excellent.

They were able to take care of all of my issues the same day I called for an appointment, including a couple of recalls on my car. Ty did a great job of setting expectations on how long it would take.
