    They treated me very respectfully and fairly. We discussed used cars and compared, different models. When we compared their prices to Kelly Blue Book values,... they often came in under the market price. Definitely check them out if you are looking for a used car.

    I drove from Dayton to Jay Honda to purchase our new car. Thirty minutes into my drive home in the rain my wiper blades were disintegrated. I had to... find an auto store to get new wiper blades. Clearly they didn't check the blades. They also kept all of the floor mats in the trunk for some reason and said they were all there. I get home and I am now missing a floor mat. Lastly, after I signed the paperwork they gave me one key saying they "didn't think that car had two". Not once did this ever come up in conversation. I will not be shopping at Jay Honda in the future.

    This was a wonderful car buying experience! Dan Walters (sales) was very helpful and not a bit pushy. Joe Russo the manager completed the paperwork quickly... and efficiently and Xavier in finance was terrific. Dan Walters (the salesman) and another employee even stayed past closing time to drive my new preowned car to my house! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quick and efficient car buying experience.

    Horrible experience, Jimmie the manager was unprofessional and talked to me with disrespect. Spoke with General Manager Wesley and he thought it was funny... that the manager was disrespectful to me. They refused to give me a management above them. They were not informative and refused to refund monies.

    The initial manager quoted a price on the vehicle, of 3,000. less than the original price. When I went to purchase, he was no longer there, and the price... was increased by the new manager. Very unethical business. Then my trade in, they "forgot to make the payment" when I called I was yelled at by Major for being upset. getting a mark on my credit rating. Very unprofessional business. Beware

    I have dealt with Jay Honda for more than 25 years and have had excellent experience. Reason is Dennis Jenkins.He is very helpful and courteous.

    My wife and I have had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past but our experience at Jay Honda was incredible. Not only did Tony Spitalieri and... Rober Logan exceed our expectations but the rest of the Jay Honda team certainly earned our lifetime loyalty. We won’t shop anywhere else. And refer everyone we can to Jay Honda so that they can have the same great car buying experience we had. Keep up the great work.

    Mark, Joe, Bill and Rick worked really hard to get me into the car I wanted-I’ve been buying cars over thirty years and this is the first time I can honestly... say it was a fun experience. Also-This is the first dealership I’ve encountered where a customer a has direct access to the owner if necessary. A few years ago I had my airbag in my old vehicle replaced at Jay. I called to tell them how great their service department treated me, and they put me through to Nathan, the owner-I was so impressed because he answered and took the time to talk with me. That’s one of the reasons it was my first choice when it was time to purchase my next car. If you’re in the market for a Honda -don’t go anywhere else.

    I arrived at the dealership with nervousness and trepidation. This was the first car I have attempted to buy alone. When Raquel Reyes approached me, I... knew this was it, high pressure and cold shoulder to ensue. She was very personable and kind. Things were looking up. She drove me to the used lot and stayed with me the entire time. We agreed on the vehicle, now came the financing. Joe Russo was incredible. I had a set amount in my budget with which Joe worked his magic. I left with the vehicle I wanted and the price I could afford. I would highly recommend this dealership. The stock availability and very friendly staff lends itself to a wonderful experience. I will definitely buy another car from them!
