My experience at Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls was

My experience at Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls was incredible from beginning to end. I found a used car listing on cars.com and sent a request about the vehicle. The salesperson, Lauren Reitz was helpful right from the start and answered all my questions. The sales manager, Patrick Zanko was super helpful and never pressured me into a decision. When I didn’t like the first car I looked at both he and Lauren listened as I talked about what features I really wanted that the other one didn’t have. He called me a few days later to let me know of a vehicle that had just arrived that he believed had all the features I was looking for. That turned out the be the one I purchased! I was nervous about financing with my credit score but John White in financing worked his magic not only to find me financing but a payment way lower that estimated. I am so glad that I decided to go to Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls and grateful for such an incredible experience!

Max Katila was a great salesman.

Max Katila was a great salesman. We were able to negotiate a price via text on a vehicle they had on their lot and our trade in. I compared the price they were offering with another dealership, and their price was very comparable and fair. I would definitely go there again if I'm in the market for a vehicle they have.

Sean Greene, Brandon Nagy, and John White went above and

Sean Greene, Brandon Nagy, and John White went above and beyond to get me into our brand-new Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4-Door today! The entire process was seamless and easygoing! The entire deal was done via phone, text, & email and my wife was in & out in literally less than 10 minutes this afternoon when she went to swap her 22 Expedition trade for the new Bronco! The Bronco was standing tall, detailed both inside & out and full of gas. They basically transferred her plates and did a quick tutorial on the new ride and then she was out of there burning gas in her new Bronco. Sean Greene was my salesperson and knew everything about the Ford models. Even their sales manager Brandon Nagy and finance manager John White went out of their way to make our experience awesome! I would definitely recommend these guys and Al Spitzer Ford to everyone that is in the market for a new Ford! Thank you, guys! We truly appreciate your entire team and will be back in the Fall to trade me out of my 22 F-150 Platinum!!!
