Essentially I went to have both of my headlights replaced

Essentially I went to have both of my headlights replaced on my 2015 ford fusion. They recommended that they also provide maintenance for two recalls on my car. After the headlights were 'repaired' that evening I found that my entire front right side light assembly was not working. This resulted in having to drive home without headlights on the right hand side of my car for a 50 minute commute during the evening. The following day they recommended that I bring my car in so that they can fix their mistake. I had to leave my job early which resulted in lost income, just for them to tell me that the lights that they repaired were not plugged in correctly. The staff was kind, however this was a major inconvenience considering that I had to leave my shift for them to repair their mistake.

Ford had my car for 2 an a half week before they told me
