CUSTOMERS REVIEW YOUR PAPERWORK!

CUSTOMERS REVIEW YOUR PAPERWORK!!!! I moved to the area and my lease was soon to expire. Antwain Board, Sales was happy to assist me and was able to locate a 2024 Honda Civic Sport for me at another dealership. I put down $600 to hold the car for a three-year lease term. On July 31, 2024 the car supposedly arrived that day and was called to complete the lease paperwork and pick up the car. Immediately, I noticed my contract only reflects a $500 down payment not $600. Additionally, I was informed by Honda Financial I was entitled to a $1,000 loyalty credit due to leasing two prior Honda's in the past six years, however Rick Roush only credited me $500. Furthermore, during contract signing I DECLlINED Cilajet (a paint protection warranty for 10 years) for $999.00, however Ray Cieslak, Finance Manager overrode my electronic signature marking I accepted the product. Why would I accept this if my lease is only for 3 years and not knowing if the product was applied or not since I picked up the car within a few hours of being delivered to the dealership. I reached out to the Federal Trade Commission and they informed me there is a ongoing concern with dealers illegally forcing customers in taking and paying for add-on products. Also, on Cilajet's limited warranty registration form it clearly states, "The purchase of a Cilajet product is voluntary and not required to purchase, lease or obtain financing on motor vehicles". Over a month later, I am still waiting on a call back to rectify this unethical concern.

Moving to a new area always brings challenges, and when

Moving to a new area always brings challenges, and when my 2023 Honda's engine light suddenly appeared shortly after settling in Medina, I was concerned about finding reliable service. Fortunately, my worries were swiftly eased by the exceptional assistance of Dan W in the Service Department at Rick Roush. Upon calling the dealership, I was promptly connected with Dan, who was able to quickly schedule an appointment that fit my busy schedule. His knowledge about Honda vehicles was evident, as he patiently explained the possible causes of the engine light and what to expect during the service visit. Dan ensured that my car was seen promptly by the service team, who diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly. Throughout the process, Dan kept me informed, providing updates on the progress and making sure that any additional questions I had were answered. Dan's friendly demeanor and genuine interest in helping customers stood out. Moving to a new town can be daunting, but Dan's assistance made me feel welcomed and reassured that my vehicle was in good hands. His dedication to customer service is commendable and truly made my experience with Rick Roush a positive one. If you are in Medina and need your Honda serviced, I highly recommend reaching out to Dan W at Rick Roush—you won't be disappointed.

I will keep it simple.

I will keep it simple. If one wants to pay 20 percent more in a payment then Roush is your dealer.

Worst Dealership Experience Ever

One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had with a dealership. I want to start out by saying the Salesman was one of the best I've ever had.. The dealership on the other hand, not a chance. I let them know on Tuesday that I was coming up Thursday to buy a Ridgeline around 3:30-4, and to have it ready. I discussed with them that I'm not going through the xx sales routine of buying a car. The price I need to be at is the price I need to be at, and if it’s not even possible to be at that price then I don’t want to waste their time or my time. They assured me there is a really high chance to be at the price I want.. I get to the dealership and the truck is completely dead, the side has a scuff and a dent on it. All of which need to be fixed before I make the purchase. Since I couldn't test drive the truck I came to buy we test drove another one similar. While we were out driving the salesman asked to have the one I want to buy looked at and fixed, so when we came back we could look it over and get an idea of the actual vehicle I was buying. We get back and no one even touched the car. So we start going through paperwork and maybe 30 minutes or more someone finally comes and looks at the Truck. They get it running. We talk numbers and of course they only wanted to give me a couple thousand for my limited edition 2021 Jeep with 14,000 miles on it, that's valued about $3-$5,000 more on a trade in. So I tell them that's not happening, they bump me up a little more. Finally, after 3 hours more get to be about where I wanted to be, with almost $7000 down on a lease (ridiculous I know), and we are off by just $5 a month. I get up to walk away from the deal because at this point I still wasn't where I needed to be and the issues the truck had when I arrived just didn't sit right with me. So as I stand up, here comes the manager to ask how everything is going (at 6:50). I said well I would have bought it but you guys didn't want to budge anymore. For the last 1-2 hours, I've been saying this is where I need to be and my salesman has gone to them 3 times now with no luck. A couple more minutes go by and they realized they were about to lose a sale over something so dumb/small. They finally agreed to the deal I've been saying I wanted for the past 2 hours. We shake on it. I ask where to go to get this paperwork done so I can finally leave. I kid you not I get a response.. "It's 7 I sent the finance team home, you'll have to come back". I said WHAT?! I drove an hour to get here and have been goofing around since I got here because your truck wasn't ready for me to take home since it was put on the lot brand new for sale with issues, and you didn't want to take the deal I said I'd accept for the past 2 days, and now you want me to come back!?! I have never, ever had an experience like this. There isn't one dealership that sends home their finance team while someone is making a deal. You just screwed over your salesman and your customer, that was also going to bring their family there to upgrade their cars. I passed 3-4 other Honda dealers to get to Rick Roush, and I'm telling you right now I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. Again, Antwain was incredible and if I was him I'd be pissed that my paycheck just walked away because of terrible management. The managers saw me sitting there since 3:30, and I was there till 7 because no one wanted to give me what my trade in was worth, fix the truck I'm buying, and give me a reasonable deal until 6:55. Rather than coming over at 6:30 and asking if there was anything else that could be done to help out (like every other dealership does). The cars are marked up more than most dealers because they are a small dealership and have a low inventory. So If you are looking to get the best deal, Rick Roush Honda isn't the place. I would have left with the Truck and it wouldn't have started the next morning, due to a faulty battery I was assured was "normal" on new Hondas
