I am so pleased to see that the service department is

I am so pleased to see that the service department is back to its professional, top of the line service that I am accustomed to receiving at Rick Roush Honda. It is evident that Tony Schmitz is a big part of that reason. Thank you for being professional and making sure that my car service is on point.

Worst Dealership Experience Ever

One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had with a dealership. I want to start out by saying the Salesman was one of the best I've ever had.. The dealership on the other hand, not a chance. I let them know on Tuesday that I was coming up Thursday to buy a Ridgeline around 3:30-4, and to have it ready. I discussed with them that I'm not going through the xx sales routine of buying a car. The price I need to be at is the price I need to be at, and if it’s not even possible to be at that price then I don’t want to waste their time or my time. They assured me there is a really high chance to be at the price I want.. I get to the dealership and the truck is completely dead, the side has a scuff and a dent on it. All of which need to be fixed before I make the purchase. Since I couldn't test drive the truck I came to buy we test drove another one similar. While we were out driving the salesman asked to have the one I want to buy looked at and fixed, so when we came back we could look it over and get an idea of the actual vehicle I was buying. We get back and no one even touched the car. So we start going through paperwork and maybe 30 minutes or more someone finally comes and looks at the Truck. They get it running. We talk numbers and of course they only wanted to give me a couple thousand for my limited edition 2021 Jeep with 14,000 miles on it, that's valued about $3-$5,000 more on a trade in. So I tell them that's not happening, they bump me up a little more. Finally, after 3 hours more get to be about where I wanted to be, with almost $7000 down on a lease (ridiculous I know), and we are off by just $5 a month. I get up to walk away from the deal because at this point I still wasn't where I needed to be and the issues the truck had when I arrived just didn't sit right with me. So as I stand up, here comes the manager to ask how everything is going (at 6:50). I said well I would have bought it but you guys didn't want to budge anymore. For the last 1-2 hours, I've been saying this is where I need to be and my salesman has gone to them 3 times now with no luck. A couple more minutes go by and they realized they were about to lose a sale over something so dumb/small. They finally agreed to the deal I've been saying I wanted for the past 2 hours. We shake on it. I ask where to go to get this paperwork done so I can finally leave. I kid you not I get a response.. "It's 7 I sent the finance team home, you'll have to come back". I said WHAT?! I drove an hour to get here and have been goofing around since I got here because your truck wasn't ready for me to take home since it was put on the lot brand new for sale with issues, and you didn't want to take the deal I said I'd accept for the past 2 days, and now you want me to come back!?! I have never, ever had an experience like this. There isn't one dealership that sends home their finance team while someone is making a deal. You just screwed over your salesman and your customer, that was also going to bring their family there to upgrade their cars. I passed 3-4 other Honda dealers to get to Rick Roush, and I'm telling you right now I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. Again, Antwain was incredible and if I was him I'd be pissed that my paycheck just walked away because of terrible management. The managers saw me sitting there since 3:30, and I was there till 7 because no one wanted to give me what my trade in was worth, fix the truck I'm buying, and give me a reasonable deal until 6:55. Rather than coming over at 6:30 and asking if there was anything else that could be done to help out (like every other dealership does). The cars are marked up more than most dealers because they are a small dealership and have a low inventory. So If you are looking to get the best deal, Rick Roush Honda isn't the place. I would have left with the Truck and it wouldn't have started the next morning, due to a faulty battery I was assured was "normal" on new Hondas

Great service for my 2006 Honda Accord

I just had the best experience with your service department at Rick Roush Honda in Medina Ohio. The young man’s name is Dan Weinmann and he couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. It was a simple fix so I wasn’t even charged. I have brought my 2006 Honda Accord and they have serviced my car several times. I highly recommend this business when looking for a car (we love Hondas!) or for any service needs. My husband used to be able to work on all of cars but isn’t able to anymore. I’m so thankful to have a good, reliable and honest place to take our Hondas. This business is an awesome place for our wonderful community! Thank you again for Dan Weinmann and all the great people a this dealership. I’m a customer for life!!

Honda Corporate Needs to Wake Up

Honda is a joke regarding replacement parts, beware. I do not blame the dealership nor the service department for the delay in securing a simple muffler. But having my Ridgeline sitting on the lot since 12/28 and hoping to get one in March is crazy. Time to leave this brand after being loyal to this brand over 13 years 4=vehicles. What a shame but this is not right. 2019 Ridgeline

The service department has been the worst I've ever

The service department has been the worst I've ever experienced in my life. Took my 2022 Honda in for minor insurance claim on bent rim that turned into a fiasco.
